Their price was reasonable and Jason seemed like an upfront guy who knew all the answers to what we needed done. They came several times to checjk out the scope of the project and even brought their carpenters to take measurements, etc. Due to new windows being required, we knew Pella would need a 4-5 week lead time. About 3 weeks before they were supposed to start, I checked with them, and I got a reply from them after 2 days. They said everything was on schedule for a start date in 3 weeks. A few days later my wife asked about the type of hardware on the window, and again I called, texted and emailed, but got no reply. After 3 days we were pretty nervous. I sent a text to Jasons phone saying we were nervous about the lack of responsiveness of his firm and we might have to get another firm to do the work. His simple reply was... "OK, Good Luck!" We were floored. Did he ever order the window? Were they really 2-1/2 weeks away from starting? Or was all that a lie? I think we really were saved in the long run. The bad news is we hoped to have the project done by christmas and now we will be lucky to get new bids by then! I cannot see this happening now until next year. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! It is a waste of time. They are unprofessional. They talk a good game but will leave you high and dry!
