One of their sales reps came to the house to measure the areas we wanted fenced. He showed us samples of different styles of fencing and fence posts, and we discussed height, spacing, town ordinances, etc. We chose a style and he gave us an estimate. It was more than we wanted to spend so we made some modifications and he re-estimated the cost. We gave him a down payment of approx 30%. He said his office would call to set up the installation date. We only waited a week or so. They completed the work in one day, cleaned up the yard, and took away any extra materials.

Went quite well overall. Estimate and actual repair was prompt and well done.

I was very happy from start to finish with Artistic. They responded quickly to my phonecall. Sent someone out right away to give me an estimate and gave me my estimate right then and there as opposed to waiting several days to email it to me. They gave me far and away the best estimate of any other company. They were prompt and the installers were very nice and did a great job keeping me informed. I am very happy with the fencing and it was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

They came out and did what they said they were going to do and did a nice job.

Called for an estimate and was given one within a week of my call. Decided to go with their company due to the quality of the fence.Called for an appointment to finalize the contract and a representative came within a few days. Very professional. Deposit of $700.00 was given and installation was completed within 12 days. Workers arrived earlier than the given time and worked without interruption for 6 hours. They stopped for only about 10 minutes for lunch and it was a very hot, humid day. Cleaned up everything and even recycled their water bottles. I would use this company again. The quality of the fence is better than what is offered by the "do it yourself" companies and the price is within reason. Staff was professional,courteous and always arrived on time if not earlier.

The company representative arrived on time to assess the job and provided a quote before leaving. Due to my ever changing work schedule to job had to rescheduled several times but the scheduler was always cooperative. On the day of installation the job crew showed up a little early, got right to work and completed the job in about two hours. They removed the damaged fence and thoroughly cleaned up the the areas where they worked.

Overall, very pricey and poor workmanship. The original cuts they made to the fence on site were on the wrong side. I needed to fix it myself.

They did a great job- arrived on time for the estimate and were able to do the work the very next week. The work took one afternoon, the workers were professional and courteous and did a great job with the install and cleanup.

Estimator was super speedy to get here and quote, much faster than two other companies. They had a good selection of products, and we added some features to increase attractiveness - an arch, spear points. The installers came when scheduled, and there were a couple of small hitches, but nothing major -- they HAD started digging for a post in a slightly wrong location but I caught it before it went too far. They did a nice job with all parts of it. Our neighbors are all happy with it -- it suits the environment and adds to the overall look of the property in addition to providing security for us. I would have preferred wrought iron aesthetically, but the cost was so much more. This was the next best thing. We did have some misgivings about the lock mechanism, and that's the one area where there should have been more communication beforehand. I don't think we heard all the options -- realized too late that this lock can only be locked and unlocked from one side of the gate. I had assumed it would be accessible from either side and I think there were other locks that would have been. So we had to make a decision on the spot about it. Some months later, some adjustments needed to be made, and the guy came promptly and addressed them. I also just discovered that my landscaper is able to unlock the lock with a bunch of keys he carries around, which makes me feel a bit less secure! but overall good.

They gave me a good price. They was very nice and they explained what they were going to do very well. I have no complaints and we were very happy with what they did.

They were prompt, kept committments, invaluable in planning the work, made great recommendations, pleasant to deal with, and when we made a slight change in the plan during the instalation, the office adjusted the total owed down, right over the phone. The four man crew was experienced, careful, worked hard, and cleaned up everything.

We took estimates from three companies. Two of them visited the site to give estimates and the other one just on the phone. Among them I chose Artistic Fence as I have read positive reviews on Angie's List. Actually, I am aware about this company only thru this website. I liked their work and price was right. I will recommend to my friends. Thanks.

Their price certainly wasn't the least expensive from all the ones I checked out, but they were competitive. They were quite responsive when phone calls were placed. There was initial confusion regarding the actual installation date but they eventually were able to accommodate me. As far as the actual installation, that went well. Three very hard-working guys showed up when they said they would and worked until about 8 in the evening. It was a 2 day job so they needed to come back. They ended up showing up a couple of hours late the next day but once again worked until about 7 pm. The quality of the installation was great. The only problem I had with them is that they left my place a complete and utter mess. They only gave it a cursory cleaning and then just said they had to leave. Not a good impression to leave someone with. It took me two solid days to clean up the mess. Although my fence looks great. I would recommend them but make sure you're on top of them for cleanup.

An excellent experience. They came promptly to make an estimate, then completed the work within a day once the permits were granted. The fence turned out exactly as we had imagined it.

Chris (sales) was very accommodating to our schedule and showed up when he said he would to give an estimate. He returned all of our crazy calls and was accommodating with our request to coordinate installation with the driveway paving. This meant coming twice-to install the posts first, then again to install the fence-for which they charged an additional $150. When they came to install the fence, we noticed some blemishes and didn't want it installed unless they were replaced. Marvin (main office--a delight!)was unbelievably great when I asked for this to be fixed. The installers took it away and came back just a few days later with a whole new fence. Again there was a problem with matching the slope of the driveway and the height of the posts, so Marvin actually came right over to look at it and helped us work out a solution. Anyone can put in a fence, but to have a company be reasonably priced, responsive and pleasant to deal with is a bonus. I highly recommend them.

WE FEEL THAT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE FENCE IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. WE HAD PRICED AROUND TO FIND THE BEST DEAL AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICES. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY EVERYTHING WENT WITH THIS PROJECT.

THIS WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR THE MOST PART. MY SALES PERSON WORKED WITH ME AND WITH THE PRICE TOO TO MAKE SURE I GOT THE TYPE OF FENCE I REALLY WANTED. THE GUYS WORKED IN THE RAIN, I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHECK THEIR WORK WHEN THEY WERE DONE. MY NEIGHBORS HAVE COMMENTED ABOUT THE FENCE AND ONE NEIGHBOR TOOK THEIR NUMBER OFF THE FENCE AND ACTUALLY USED THEIR SERVICES. I FOUND SOME IMPERFECTIONS, LATER AND CALLED THEM TO CORRECT IT. THEY SHOWED UP AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM AS PROMISED. A SUPERVISOR, CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE NEW RESULTS.

THEY WERE OKAY FOR THERE PRICING. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THERE PROFESSIONALISM WAS GOOD. THERE PUNCTUALITY WAS GREAT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE FENCING.
