If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, that's what this company deserves. They are AWFUL!! And what I would call a SCAM!!! It started out that they arrived two days late, with no notice, and even tried to threaten me with additional fees for "waiting" for me to arrive. Then the guy went through my file and paperwork with me and told me he would let me know where my line in the truck was to be stuffed with my items. Did he? NO HE DID NOT. in fact, he continued past the line and I said at one point, I'll just keep handing you stuff until you tell me when I've reached my limit. At which point he said, oh that was a whole ago. And so when all was said and done, THEY CHARGED ME TWICE AS MUCH!!! This would have been prevented had he told me when my quoted space was done. So now they had all my stuff on their truck and what am I to do? I bet if I said no they would e charged me for their time and to take it back off the truck. Just ridiculous... And it gets better! HAHA NO IT DOESN'T... Upon delivery of my items, one day late, the guy says he doesn't have any helpers. So he wants to come the next day so he can get helpers from somewhere. Mind you, when I booked them they said they had reliable movers and all vaccinated etc etc. Nope not even close. One guy nearly dropped every other item he carried. One guy I would bet wasn't vaccinated. The other guy was good. I was by the front door telling them where to put the items. I went out to the truck to see how much was left and the guy was THROWING MY BOXES FROM THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK TO THE BACK DOOR!!!!!!!!!!!! I said how do you know what you're throwing if you're not even reading the labels. Don't throw any of my stuff again. He apologized and said I was right. Sure enough these jerks left but I was left with broken and chipped items, a large chunk of money pretty much stolen/scammed from me. By the way, moving companies want post office money order before they even start unloading. I'm guessing because they are ALL SCAMS and they were getting duped by customers so aggravated with how they do business. PEOPLE, listen up, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY. ALWAYS GO TO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION WEBSITE TO LOOK THEM UP, AND PLEASE READ REVIEWS. I normally do but I got duped by a broker from the beginning and wasn't able to actually choose the company once they sold it.

Description of Work: They arrived 2 hours late. This was especially important since the apartment we were moving into only allowed a move between 7AM and 3PM |I had asked multiple times if the movers could be at my townhouse at 7 to start the move and was told it would not be a problem. The movers actually showed up at 9:30AM This was extremely stressful. The building manager called at 12:30 to ask where we where as we could only have the elevators blocked out until 3. The job was completed by 4:30. The building manager was able to give us the elevator until 4 but we had to ask the board not to fine us for going over the time. Beside the time problem a mirror which they wrapped was cracked. They unpacked it without saying anything to us. Also the bottom part of a console table broken as well as one box of dishes and a chair leg. They charged us $400 more than they eir "All Inclusive " price on my contract.

They were very good. They packed my stereo unit really well and nothing cracked. They did not damage my house or furniture. Their work was beautiful and great. Three guys worked and did a tremendous work. I was very satisfied with them. Their price was very cheapest when compared to others. They were here on time. They placed everything where I wanted them to. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used All Inclusive Moving & Storage to move from Pennsylvania to New Jersey. They carried my stereo unit that was in mirrors and glass. They also set up my bed.
