Project: Pest Control - Mice I wanted a company that would not use poison to kill mice since poisoned mice kill owls, etc. and get poison into the environment. This company uses only snap traps and know-how to catch mice and to find and plug nearly invisible entry points. Work was thorough and workers were knowledgeable as well as friendly and polite. The cost is actually a bit too high for me because they sell only a package, which includes insect spraying (using a poison that is not really environmentally good--same poison most companies use) which I do not want but have to pay for anyway. However, the service I do want has been worth the cost.

Came out promptly - same day, on a Saturday, to remove a hornets nest because I have a bee sting allergy. Very courteous

Inspector and the technician were both friendly and knoldgeable.

The service was fast and the response time was great. I do think that the price was overrated but quality is what matters most.

They came out quickly and performed the necessary job with great professionalism.
