Ordered a replacement sliding door from them and was told it would take 4 weeks to come in and that I would be notified. Didn't hear anything, so I called after 6 weeks and, coincidentally(!), door had arrived and we set a date for installation. They were supposed to call me with a time window for installation, but never did so they arrived when I had run an errand and were annoyed at my being "late" for their "appointment." In any case, it turned out that the new door was much smaller than the old door, so they had to install all kinds of extra molding to make the new door fit. I was never told, by the salesman or the measurer, that this would be an issue. Further, they enclosed my alarm wires (previously located in the middle for a French door) on the extreme opposite corner of the new door's opening, so it was impossible for the alarm company to re-connect the alarm without ripping off all the extra molding or charging extra labor to solder new, longer wires and drill through the door frame. I had to pay the alarm company extra to correct the problem. I raised the issue with Window Clinic salesman. On the plus side, after several discussions with the salesman, he agreed to cover the additional cost for reinstalling my alarm. However, overall, I would not recommend this company, for their poor communication and decision-making skills.

They measured and installed incorrectly. It was a nightmare. They were terrible.
