 + -1 moreI felt the quality of the product is excellent but their service and professionalism was very poor and unacceptable.
Description of Work: We purchased a large swing set at the Parsippany location. We had some problems with missing parts as we assembled the equipment ourselves. I called several times, was on hold for a several times for a long period of time and still received poor service. My husband had to visit the warehouse in New York State to pick up the parts which were not delivered with the set. I called and asked to speak to the manager and wrote a letter of disappointment and never received a follow up call.
