Very Professional and quick initial response. We discussed the possible issues based on my description of the problem at a level commensurate with my level of experience. When it was apparent that the job would take longer than expected because of the actual cause, he called me and explained the root cause issue and added cost. Nothing was done without detailed communication. AND my computer now works like a dream. Best of all the cost was low, the technician professional and friendly, there was full communication throughout and the technician patiently waited while I checked everything out upon delivery. I highly recommend this service.
