A surprisingly easy experience. John was a professional from first phone call until the job was complete. He was informative, polite and prompt. He took the time to check prices from suppliers and found the best deal for our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend John and his crew to family and friends! While the work was very good I felt there were some areas that need improvement: 1. Did not vacuum up residue after stretching the carpets. 2. I asked him to take rest of his pizza from his lunch with him twice. He said I could have the rest. I DID NOT WANT IT! 3. Upon completion and payment, he told me to and quot;Make sure you give me an excellent rating.and quot; To me, a good craftsman says and quot;Thank youand quot; and leaves.

The process took about 4.5 hours to. Stretch and clean my carpet. John and his worker Nick worked non stop until the job was complete. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing carpet stretching or Carpet cleaning. John explained what needed to be done and did it. he gets an A Plus rating from me. Joe DeNotaris Whippany N.J.

He was very responsive to my initial call and would have come sooner had I had the time. He arrived within 20 minutes of our agreed upon time and got to work very quickly. I wish he had removed his shoes, but since I didn't ask him, I can't really fault him. Shoe covers would have been very nice. He worked steadily for about 2 hours. He moved furniture by himself. When he was finished, he walked with me while I inspected his work. The wrinkles were gone and the carpets looked like new again. All the furniture was in it's usual place and except for some stray carpet fibers, he cleaned up when he was finished. I was very pleased with the results.

My husband started dialing around and he called this man’s number but didn’t leave a message. The man called us back using our caller ID which I thought was pretty proactive. I think he talked too much. He brought samples with him and local references. He also brought his daughter with him. He gave a timely estimate which was high. He followed through email. He didn't break it down. We were discussing a more premium padding product and he said it would cost more money but when I asked how much more I never got an answer for that. When I got the estimate it still wasn't broken down.

Very pleasant men to work with - all business - did more than was required to get the job looking right in their own eyes - I would definitely hire then to install my new carpeting, knowing that they would do a really good job.
