We used JMC to remodel a very outdated guest bathroom as well as replace some fixtures in 2 powderrooms, and it could not have gone better. From start to finish, the JMC team took great care of us and our home. The team at the office makes planning, designing, and scheduling all the work extremely easy. We didn't have the time (or energy) to go to a million showrooms or wade through countless catalogs to figure out exactly what we wanted, but we had a general idea. The JMC designer helped us figure things out and put together a great package for us, without all the running around. (This process was so quick and easy, I can't imagine ever doing it all myself. However, my understanding is that if you want to source your own fixtures, JMC can accommodate that as well.) Once your project is scheduled, the project manager makes sure you know exactly what to expect over the course of the work, so there were no surprises. Every person that came to our home was prompt and friendly and did great work. We were expecting the project to be a huge disruption, but the JMC team worked hard to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. I'd sum it up as quality work and a great overall experience at a fair price.

JMC made things very easy. We have three small children and can't run around to different stores and hauling stuff around. We met with a designer at their showroom and within an hour, we had selected everything. It was terrific - so efficient and we loved having the designer's input. Everything we chose was standard. We only added an extra towel rack. The first morning, the workers arrived, demolished the bathroom and hauled everything away and cleaned up. No mess and no dumpster. Every morning, we'd get a call from a polite worker who would inform us when he would arrive. Things got crazy during the Superstorm, but our project manager kept checking in to see when our power was restored. The project manager checked in several times and came over several times. John, the head of the company, checked in several times as well. We felt very well taken care of. The finish product is gorgeous. We still can't believe it's our bathroom. We absolutely will use JMC again the future.
Description of Work: JMC completely gutted our downstairs bathroom, including removing a linen closet, installing double sinks, replacing bathtub and all tiles.

John was very easy to contact and set up an estimate. He was very courteous, helpful, responsive and willing to perform the job. The crew was great and we had absolutely no issues. They were respectful, punctual, and constructed a beautiful landing and utility box in the basement. The basement walls and molding are perfect. They did a great job with the other (less desirable) odd jobs that needed completion. I would definitely use them again. It was easy and smooth!
Description of Work: JMC repaired drywall and base molding, painted, constructed and stained a landing and a utility box, hung shutters, repaired lighting and damage to an overhang.

I actually had to call them a couple of times. The first time they said he would call me back and he never did. The second time the lady got my information and someone did call me back. Then they put me on hold for about ten minutes and another gentleman comes on the phone asks for the house location and asked me what I was wanting done. I told him I wanted a remodel of the entire first floor and we were looking to do everything. I explained how I wanted it done and he said, how much are you willing to spend. And I thought, if you haven't even seen the project, how can you ask me that. Then he said, according to what I was telling him, he was not going to be a fit for me. Our budget was between $50,000 and $60,000, then he said, hold on we can talk. Then I said no, you understood that I wanted a $500 or $1,000 job and then he said that was not what he meant. I said that was what he meant, if I didn't give him my money he was not going to come to my house. So for me that would not work out because I could not trust him. He wanted to know my budget and I felt uncomfortable telling him that before he even looked at the project. The approach from him was no good. After this call I did receive a letter in the mail asking to keep the company in mind for future projects, but I would never use them.

Response from JMC Home Improvement Specialists
We get calls daily from people who want estimates for all different situations. All prospective customers talk to me, John MacDougall, the owner of JMC Home Improvement Specialists. We go through an initial questionnaire with every prospective customer so that we can maximize both the prospect’s time and ours to ensure there’s a good fit between the homeowner and our company. We often find that people are fishing for estimates for financing, insurance purposes, making sure that their contractor is not charging too much and other reasons which do not include actually wanting to hire our company. Our initial questionnaire helps the customer clarify their needs and understand how we work at JMC. There are times however, when a prospective customer gets offended by our questions or doesn’t understand why we are asking them. My apologies to (deleted member name) as I was under the impression that he only wanted an estimate to bring to the bank for his financing. I tried to let him know that we do not give estimates for financing acquisitions. As always, I treated (deleted member name) with respect and tried to explain myself as best as I could. Again, my apologies if I was wrong. Please understand that this was a conversation and no work was done. I interpreted (deleted member name) need was to get an estimate to assist him in getting a loan only. I tried to help him understand that we do not provide that service. In addition the work that he described was not the type of work that our company specializes in. I feel that I treated (deleted member name) with respect and tried to explain myself as best as I could. NO WORK WAS DONE WITH AT (deleted member name) HOME.

As the owner of JMC, I always feel badly when a client or prospective client feels that they were not treated with courtesy and respect. I believe in this situation, we had a breakdown in communication which led to the customer’s response. Our goal is to always be courteous, respectful and to listen. Please go on to read from the many happy and satisfied customers who have spoken on our behalf about the positive experience they had with JMC.

I sent a message through their website on Sunday 2/17. I received a call back from Debbie on Monday 2/18. She took down my information and explained that John the owner would give me a call back the next day. I received a call again from Debbie Wednesday afternoon 2/20 asking if it was a good time to speak to John. I said yes and had to wait for few minutes till John came on the line. Immediately John started asking me a whole host of questions about my previous experiences with contractors. At first I was appreciative of his questions as I thought he was trying to understand us as clients better. But after the first few questions, it started feeling like an interrogation. He asked almost nothing about the project in question. He was hung up about the fact that I had a separate ongoing renovation project with another contractor. I explained that this contractor does deck and roofing work and not kitchens. But John seemed suspicious of why I wanted to hire another contractor when I already had one. One project has nothing to do with the other! The final straw came when John said he can give me either a 4 or 5.30 PM appointment. I explained that both my husband and I work and would need a later appointment or a weekend visit. At this point he curtly informed me this was not a good fit. I have had lots of renovation work done with many different contractors and I have to say this was the most bizarre and rude encounter we have had. I will also have to warn all my friends and family about him.

A few of the major reasons we have remained in business for over 35 years is our on-going communication with our customers, our respect for them, and their homes. Unfortunately, once in awhile, communication breaks down. As the owner, I feel it’s important to find out more about the needs and wants from a prospective new customer so that I could make sure s/he is completely satisfied. And, during the conversation with this member, there were no times available that week when the member was available. I’m sorry for in the inconvenience. Please go on and read all the great reviews where work was done.

We chose JMC Home Improvement because of excellent reviews in Angie's List. We were not disappointed. From the first moment that we talked with John, he made us feel comfortable because everything was handled in a attentive and professional manner. The one change we made in the contract proved to be no problem. All the work was done with care and knowledge - and with a beautiful result. Also everything was completed in a timely fashion while keeping our house clean and safe. We had a great experience with JMC Home Improvement and we recommend them highly.

I contacted JMC in late August and told them I wanted to do a complete remodel of my kitchen and that it absolutely must be done by Christmas as I had out of town guests coming. John and Tammy from the design center worked with me for several weeks tweaking the plan so that it would fit within my budget and demand for a high end result. They were very understanding and accommodating. Work began on November 6 as scheduled. Considering the fact that our power was restored from hurricane sandy just 2 days prior, it is a miracle that they started on time! The JMC crew always called before they arrived at the house and they always left the worksite clean. One of the best things about them is that they showed up every single day until the job was done (with a couple of understandable exceptions for backordered materials). I never felt uncomfortable leaving JMC workers at my house unattended. Like any major project, we hit a couple of snags along the way because of unanticipated issues that arose or because I changed some of my requirements. I also added a couple side projects. The JMC team always handled these changes with professionalism and always provided pricing for change orders before doing additional work. My Kitchen was completed on December 22 (just on time) and it is just beautiful. The project included completely gutting the kitchen and taking down a wall between the kitchen and dining room, Re-designing the entire space, replacing all cabinets, countertops, backsplash, electrical and duct work, installing hardwood floors, refinishing hardwood floors on the entire first floor, replacing rear door. I also had them install new tile in my entry-way and install a new door in my garage which required considerable siding work.
Description of Work: Complete renovation of kitchen including total gut, tear downof wall, remodel entire space. Also included flooring and tile work.

It was an A+! They were terrific! They were so professional. Everything was done on a schedule; they were communicative and let us know when the workers were coming out. They also had a field supervisor who would make sure things were getting done properly and would answer any questions we had. The kitchen turned out beautifully and we were really pleased. We are going to do some more renovations in the future and we will call them again. They are very honest people!

When John MacDougall, owner of JMC, came to our house to conduct the final inspection he asked us several questions about our experience with JMC. What really struck me was that when he asked us what they can do to improve, we truly couldn't give him one ounce of constructive criticism. They were phenomenal to work with - professional, punctual, caring - masters of their craft. John and Tammy met with us several times prior to construction to not only discuss our creative vision but also talk to us about what was important to us in this project. Frankly, I wanted complete transparency. I wanted to know if we were going to be delayed, when elements of the project would be complete, who was coming to our home and when. JMC had a best practice for all of my potential concerns. They started as scheduled, provided me a daily calendar, and even ended the project early (not only is that fantastic in it of itself, but they ended early even with the delay that was incurred due to Hurricane Sandy). All of the workers that came to my house were respectful of my home and true professionals. That said, I do want to recognize George, Val and Rich as they frequented my home and always exceeded my expectations. John really created a fantastic team. Finally, I want to recognize Jack, our Project Manager. Jack was always prompt in his response to me, always kept my expectations realistic, and frankly, I don't imagine that the project would have run as smooth without his supervision. We suffered severe damages from Hurricane Irene and went through two contractors. Having that experience, we were very cautious about heading into a home improvement project. JMC truly restored our faith in contractors, and frankly, I won't look anywhere else when I have a home improvement project in the future. Thank you JMC for your partnership and professionalism!
Description of Work: We contracted JMC to totally renovate and remodel our kitchen and dining room area. This project included complete demolition of both the kitchen and dining room spaces, new floors, lighting, electric, new slider to the patio, cabinets, appliances ... soup to nuts.

Great response to quote & permits. We really enjoyed our experience choosing all the bathroom fixtures in the showroom. It was so easy, one stop shopping! We did a lot of upgrading because we had specific ideas of what we wanted and the choices were great. JMC was always available in person or by phone for questions. I liked that each worker called before they came and took photos of their work each day. There was a presence either in person or by phone every day to check on the project which is key to good customer service. Their work was very high quality. Since we were expecting house guests, we needed our remodel to be done by the end of July (5 weeks total time). We worked with JMC to create a reasonable time frame and they worked hard to ensure they stayed in the time frame originally quoted. Very smooth demolition & construction. JMC used a window fan and zipper enclosures to seal off all areas of our house that would be affected by dust which we appreciated due to our allergies. After demolition, JMC noticed the floor was not level and recommended we put a sub-floor in. I appreciated the choice we were given since there was an cost extra involved. Doing the sub-floor gave the bathroom a higher quality look and could also prevent tile from cracking in the future. We upgraded to a custom shower door and were happy with end result. However, we ran into a delay with the custom shower door company due to their own computer problem. But that was independent of JMC and JMC was very apologetic. Overall, a high quality, low stress remodel. Thanks JMC!

The job went very smoothly and JMC was wonderful to work with. John MacDougal (the owner), the job supervisor, and the workers were all very professional, courteous, on time, and responsive to comments and questions. The quality of their work was excellent. They started and completed the job as promised, had all the correct materials available, and worked diligently until the job was finished. They always let us know when they were arriving, and what the plans were in terms of what would be accomplished and when. There was great communication throughout the process. We will definitely use JMC again for our next home improvement project.
Description of Work: JMC replaced two sliding glass doors leading to our deck, and five basement windows. They also built an egress window in our basement, which involved cutting in to our house foundation wall, digging a well outside the window, and dealing with our town building inspector to make sure the job met standards. JMC expertly handled everything including advising us on which products to use, designing the whole egress window space, and dealing with our town's permit and inspection process.

This job was a complete tear out and rebuild retaining just two items of ours that were relatively new: toilet and vanity countertop. A long piece of protective plastic was laid on the carpet pathway from front door to the interior bathroom which lasted through the many people with workboots going back and forth for the three weeks the job took. Every day, before leaving in the late afternoon we were informed as to which worker would be coming on the following day and the person then called us in the morning before their arrival. Nine people were part of the crew (counting two electrical subcontractors) and all did their work in a professional manner. John S, the tile man and carpenter, was especially skilled and created an outstanding cover for the baseboard heater that had been a particular metal eyesore. He and Val, the painting lady, did a couple extra nice things for which these two old folks are most appreciative.
Description of Work: After reviewing JMC in Angie's List, I contacted them requesting an estimate to upgrade my main bathroom from ceiling to floor that was in desperate need of help. John McDougal came to our home and gave an overview presentation of what his company could do for two people who are too old and too unskilled to do the work. He did measurements, took note of my requirements and left saying he would send a formal proposal of cost and timeline of competion after work started. The very comprehensive proposal arrived a few days later and being aware of the high cost of required labor I agreed for the work to be done and went to the showroom in Parsippany to choose the tile and cabinets. We received a start date later than I liked, but understand the logistics of ordering materials and scheduling of the workers, so I prepared to wait. During the showroom visit we met the project manager assigned to our renovation and found that all the offfice staff were very pleasant and cordial

As someone with above average skills in home remodeling, I was experienced enough to know what I wanted in terms of the finished result AND smart enough to know that I could never successfully complete this project within a reasonable amount of time and at the level of detail and craftsmanship I would demand from myself. After speaking with 2 other contractors, meeting with John MacDougall to discuss our proposed project was a pleasure. John is knowledgeable, listens well, and did a great job of capturing our requirements. His written proposal and contract was detailed and thorough, and made our decision to go with JMC a simple one. With regards to price, I had developed a detailed estimate based on my own research and experience - John's price was within $1000 of that number on an overall project cost of $40K. As a professional consultant I charge a top $ for my time, and I understand that people with skills deserve to be compensated for their time and effort. JMC is not inexpensive, BUT if you know and clearly communicate your expectations I believe they professionally deliver an exceptionally high quality end result. John warned us at the outset that it would be 2 months or more before he'd be able to start the job. Naturally we were anxious to get started, and towards the end the time seemed drag, but the wait was worth it. Demolition of the existing space started on Sept. 24th, and the project was completed on November 8th. JMC's original project estimate was 6 weeks to complete once the work commenced, and the project took 7 - but one of those weeks was lost to Hurricane Sandy, so I'd have to say the estimate was spot on. Throughout the project, the workers called each morning to let us know they were on their way. They arrived consistently by 8am, and tried to wrap up the day by 4:30pm. Following demolition, they kept the raw space closed off with plastic curtains to minimize the dust and dirt throughout the rest of the house. And at the end of every day they cleaned up the work area, put away all tarps, tools and equipment, and swept or vacuumed as needed. George, who led the construction efforts and did all of the cabinet work, is a talented carpenter and craftsman. He was as concerned with details as I was, and made certain that the results not only met the contract but "looked right". Val, who did most of the painting, also did a very good job with ensuring the surfaces were properly prepared. All of her cut lines and details were straight and true, and she had no problems going back and touching up the few spots I highlighted. The quality of their work and results is top notch. Other members of the crew were all professional, and did quality work. Jack Smith, our project manager, helped make sure that the work flowed throughout the project. When it came time to install the engineered hardwood floor, we realized we had an issue with the concrete slab not being flat and level. Jack made several calls and researched possible solutions. We arrived at an agreed-upon floor leveling fix that cost slightly more than I had hoped to spend, but will ensure the long-lasting results we all wanted. In the end, JMC also made me whole on the material costs when it turned out they over-ordered the floor leveler by about 20%. The electrical and masonry sub-contractors that JMC brought in also did high-quality work, and I am very satisfied with the results. In summary, I felt JMC was extremely professional and easy to work with - I would highly recommend them, and already have to a friend looking for some help repairing recent storm damage. Their prices are firm and competitive when you consider that they factor in high-quality materials and the time required to do the job right the first time. And, unlike some contractors, you aren't constantly being hit with "extras". Overall this was a GREAT experience.
Description of Work: The project included tearing down an existing family room and hallway to bare cinder blocks and concrete slab, then constructing framed walls, insulation, sheet rock, and an entire wall of bookcase shelving. Two double hung windows were removed and the opening bricked in, a third was replaced with a translucent fixed window, and a 6' sliding glass door was replaced. The concrete slab was leveled and a premium engineered hardwood floor was installed. The stairs and front door landing were removed and replaced with new, including oak stair treads and a slate tile landing. Custom covers for the downstairs baseboard radiators were constructed and installed. In the downstairs hallway, wallpaper was removed and the walls were skim-coated with spackle for a smooth finish. Electrical outlets and switches were relocated as necessary, and all new units were installed. Blocking and outlets for a wall-mount HD-TV and surround sound speakers were installed. 5 new lighting fixtures were installed at each existing ceiling box. Then the entire space, plus the upstairs hallway and living room - including a vaulted ceiling and a brick floor-to-ceiling fireplace - was painted (primer on all new surfaces, plus 2 finish coats - 3 finish coats on most of the new wood surfaces.)

After using JMC to construct a screen room addition, we decided that, even with the difficulties and problems created by their subcontractors during that project, we would use them again for a bathroom renovation. What a mistake. We spend weeks agreeing on the work to be performed. Owner, John MacDougall, sent a contruction contract to be approved together with a request for a 20% deposit. When the contract didn't agree with the drawings they had provided, we called JMC to work out the details. He personally assured that the renovation would be as we had agreed, so we modified and initialed the contract and returned it with our deposit. When neither the amended contract nor the JMC arrived to commence the work, we began calling. John actually screamed and swore at me on the phone and shriek that we were difficult homeowers and if we wanted to cancel the job, he would send our deposit back. We agreed to cancel the project and requested a refund of our deposit. He then wanted to deduct for materials he has ordered prior to approval of the work contract and other deductions. It took almost a year and thousands in legal fees before we saw a dime of our money returned. If you use JMC, BE CAREFUL!

We sincerely regret when anyone is not pleased with us. We’ve done thousands of jobs with the vast majority of homeowners very happy with the work we’ve done. Being in business for 35 years has taught me that I won’t please everyone. In this case, I thought I we had a good relationship as I had worked with these homeowners previously. Their high level of satisfaction was apparent by the large number of quotes we’ve provided for them on their home and their various rental properties. This situation is an example of a relationship that went bad and had nothing to do with any work performed. The job was a partial bathroom renovation. After submitting drawings to the owners, we started to have differences of opinions on how the project was proceeding. The homeowners thought more should be done for less money. I felt taken advantage of and offered them their money back. They were ok with cancelling the contract, but did not want to pay for items that were agreed to be paid if a cancellation were to occur, per our company’s contract. I believe that is why they became disgruntled. Had I given them back their money and not asked them to abide by the agreement, this would be a non- issue. In closing, I believe we were correct in standing behind our agreement. I continue to be as careful as I can to create a win-win relationship with whomever I work with.

I was very impressed with how organized and efficient they are. First John MacDougall came and looked at the job and gave me a very comprehensive written quote. When we accepted, my husband and I went to the showroom and chose all the fixtures, cabinetry and tile. Then the Project manager came and looked at the job and sat down with us and explained exactly what would happen at every step of the way. He gave us a written schedule of when each workman would be here and what they would be doing. The workmen put up heavy plastic tarps so that no dust or dirt got anywhere else in the house. They also covered my steps and put carpeting down so my wood floors would not get damaged. Every day the worker who would be there called about 20 minutes before he/she arrived. Each person was very neat and clean and made sure to clean up after themselves. They always took away any garbage they made that day. It took about 11 days in total because we also had to wait for the inspectors to come- plumbing, electrical and building. We passed all the inspections. The project manager checked in with me regularly to make sure everything was going well and he came every other day or so to check on the job in progress. I believe you get what you pay for and I think this bathroom is a good value for the money we paid. I would definitely use this contractor again. Everyone I dealt with at this firm was professional and honest. There was no funny business about extra charges or fees. They were up front about what would happen and when it would get done. The girls in the office are very efficient as well.
Description of Work: They remodeled a small bathroom off our master bedroom. They completely removed everything down to the studs and started over.We got a new shower stall, toilet, sink, cherry wood cabinet, mirror, medicine chest, lights, fan, and all new tiles. They also had to reroute the exhaust. Then they painted.

Took four days to return call requesting a visit for an estimate. Could even come to give estimate for two and a a half weeks and couldn't start job, if hired, for two months.

Response from JMC Home Improvement Specialists
At JMC, we strive for 100% complete customer satisfaction. We are sorry to hear that the member had trouble with receiving a return call. It is our standard operating procedure to return phone calls from homeowners the day they call, but there are times, when unfortunately, that cannot happen due to personnel availability (vacation schedules, illness, etc,). We have a team of office and field professionals who value our customers and homeowners interested in doing business with JMC and our goal is to return calls in a timely fashion. In terms of scheduling a home appointment and subsequent job start date, this is due to the needs of the homeowner, our business needs and personnel. We are very grateful and thankful that we are in a position where we cannot schedule work immediately. This means that we are busy, with many repeat and referral homeowners, as well as new clients. If you find a contractor who can start your job within a few days of your initial call, you may want to do more homework and check out their work, references and past project experience.

This is the third bathroom I have done with JMC, and I have been very pleased with all the results. That said this bathroom was a minor challenge. First it is the smallest bathroom in the house, built about 40 years ago, by a builder that went bankrupt which does have some bearing on this job. Because it is such a small bathroom, we had to look hard for a vanity and cabinet that worked in the small space. For this reason we bought our own fixtures and JMC did the installation. JMC gave us a quote, with an allowance for the fixtures we bought. As is my habit I did get a second quote. The second quote did come in slightly cheaper, but when I did a detailed comparison, I realized the second contractor left our the shower door installation. Furthermore, JMC does provide a drawing of the proposed bath. Since I value these items the relatively small difference in price wasn't enough to make me change contractors given our previous experience with JMC. Once the price was agreed upon, we worked with Tammy on designing the bathroom. We ended up buying a Ronbow vanity and cabinet. Demolition led to the first problem. In the process of taking the wall board down, one of the workers discovered the hard way that the builder hadn't put in a header above where the old medicine cabinet was installed. He had left the stud hanging, and the worker ended up putting a small hole in the wallboard in the adjacent bedroom. Note that the contract specifically says that we are responsible for this type of unexpected damage during construction. The second problem came about when we were provided an inaccurate measurement for the Shower door. Unfortunately, the door we purchased was a custom door because of the small size. Because JMC provided us with the measurement, this was their responsibility, and I was very happy to see they ordered the correctly sized door themselves at considerable expense. Except for these two incidents the construction went very well. Richard did an amazing job on the wall tile, We had also hired JMC to paint the bathroom, and repair the whole in our bedroom wall. VAl did an excellent job painting the bathroom. She also used a spare roll of paper and repaired bedroom wall. In summary, JMC will be at the top of my list to do business with again because of the professional manner they handled the bathroom door issue, and because the quality of their work is outstanding.
Description of Work: Gutted the small master bath, replaced the wall board, leveled the floor and put new tile on the floor and walls. They also installed the new shower, toilet, vanitywall cabinet and all new plumbing as well as a new fan. They also modified and installed new switches, outlets, lighting/ and fan.

John helped me find a lumber yard who would cut the door to spec. Within five business days the door was ready and hung without a problem. Couldn't have been more pleased.
Description of Work: Had to re-hang an odd shaped door in an old Victorian house. John offered outstanding advice in hanging the door and even helped me find a lumber yard contact who would cut the door to spec. He is a very friendly, honest, helpful carpenter. Would definitely consider his assistance on carpentry related jobs going forward.

The work wass done on time and within the estimate. The workmen were a pleasure to have in the house, and while the experience of remodeling a kitchen isn?t something I would choose as a fun activity. it was much better than I feared it would be. There was no dust in the rest of the house, which had been a problem with prior experiences I had when a bathroom was remodeled. This is important to me because I have dust allergies. The workmen were prompt and kept me up to date on what the next step would be. My husband and I went on vacation to Tuscany with the project to the point where the preliminary inspections by the town for plumbing and electrical were completed. We were comfortable leaving the house available to to workmen, and came back to find the kitchen completed. It was a perfect homecoming.
Description of Work: I used JMC Contractors to remodel my kitchen. I live in a house that is more than 100 years old, and I really appreciated that they understood that I didn’t want a super modern kitchen. Practically speaking, I probably couldn’t have had one in any case, given the size of the room.John was able to understand my request, and to supply a plan that incorporated the older elements while modernizing as I wished.

As this was my first remodeling attempt, I was very nervous. John MacDougall initially came to the house to inspect my bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and personable, so I immediately felt comfortable. The contract was very clear and detailed. I liked the fact that I could go to their showroom and pick out the tile, faucets, mirror, etc. Tammy was very helful in matching the tiles to the vanity and countertop. I couldn't have done it without her! The work started in under 60 days after signing the contract. Everyone of the crew was pleasant, hard working and very professional. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the cleanliness and the attention to details. As this was a one bathroom house, the crew always hooked up the toilet before they left for the day. Bobby, the project manager, was always on top of thing, and never more than a phone call away. The job was completed in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom! It's gorgeous! I wouldn't hesitate to use JMC for my next remodeling job.
Description of Work: My bathroom was completely gutted and redone. New walls, floor, electric, plumbing, lighting, tile, tub, toilet, vanity, mirror, medicine cabinet - the works.
