Initial consultation was great. Nice enough guy. But then I fell off his radar and never got the information he promised. Reached out to him after waiting over a month, and he responded apologetically. But he had already lost my confidence at that point. Hired someone else.

He is not a man of his word. Fail.

The initial meeting with Don went well. He pleasant and I genuinely thought he was interested in taking on the landscape design project with intentions to actually implement the plan. I waited a couple of weeks for the initial design to be created but to no avail, Don said the pllans would be created by the following week. I waited another 3 weeks and reached out to Don again but no answer. To date I have not heard back from Don.. Right now I just need my plot plan back from Don so I can work with another landscaping company to get my back yard landscaped.

We are extremely happy with the work that Fox Hollow did at our house. Don and his teams were great. They knew what they were doing and made sure time was taken to get it right. We are so happy we didn't try to do any of this work ourselves. We knew basically what we wanted, Don took care of the rest. From making sure of proper drainage, proper slope, previous structural issues, appealing design and quality, they took care of it all. Definitely would recommend them and are looking forward to our next project.

It went really well and they were very nice; they did a good job.

Don is great to work with. His crew was on time and professional in every way. All the plantings were in and the mulch spread by the end of the day.

Great service, very professional and did a great job building a lovely front walk and patio that has transformed our house. They walked us through the process from start to finish, we felt very comfortable spending the money to fix our drainage issues and back patio as they took us around and were able to show us the great work that they had performed for other clients. Would definitely use them again!

Don Covart come and gave us a design estimate. His friendly manner made it very easy to talk to. We have been using fox hollow for our spring clean up, They do an excellent job.

We used their services few times and I was very pleased. The first job was to build a retaining wall ( about 200ft) in the back of the property ). After 10 years the wall still looking great and the dirt they brought in never sagged( they brought in about 10 big tracks) . They did a great job compacting the dirt. The second jobs was a large job: - installed drains away from the house. The only this I wished I have some drawing with the final work(I never thought to ask about it). -build a terrace ( came out beautiful) -installed gravel for one shed. - poured concrete for a pool cabana. -installed fence ( excellent job). The work was high quality. Everything was delivered in time and no surprises at the end. Any small problems were solved right the way. I will use their services any time.

It was a 2 day job to complete due to that amount of overgrown brush along the back end of the yard. The owner, Don, was very professional and responsive and stands by his crew's work. He meets any needs and addresses any issues you may have. I would use his services again or recommend to a friend.

I thought that she was very nice and I thought it was a nice company. Morally got past the estimate and she did a design but I’m a teacher and I don’t work in the summer so it was over our budget. I would definitely recommend them. She was very lovely, the representative. She did the design for me but it was all complimentary. Definitely use them if you have any landscaping work to be done. She was excellent. I think that they were good.

They were very professional. It was amazing. I really like them. They came out and they were quick with the quote. They barely knew that they were there. He explained everything very thoroughly. It was a really good company. The issue we have in houses like this is that we get price gouged and I didn’t feel like that at all.

Don Covert, owner - drew up a plan and gave us an estimate (one of three we obtained for this project). We scheduled a time to start work. The heavy Spring rains caused some delays. The team assigned to us started late each day and left early and they did not follow the directions given to them by Don. When asked why they started so late in the morning I was told they were being considerate of our neighbors. I told them that they did not need to worry as most of our neighbors leave for work way before the time they were arriving. I had asked that any large rocks found while digging be put aside for me to use in my own landscaping projects - which the workers agreed to but then I found them loading rocks on to the truck to remove. When I questioned them they said that I did not want these rocks. After they finished the job and it rained yet again, we could see things were not as they should be so we contacted Don. Don came out within a few days and inspected the work and found more errors than I had noticed. Don sent the team back with specific directions to redo the work correctly. Everything was fixed and we are very satisfied. Don is great to work with and most of the team we had assigned to us were hard workers. Unfortunately they were taking their lead from someone whose work style was apparently does not reflect the typical quality Fox Hollow.

They are pretty good but the estimate was pretty high. They also recommended planting some trees that could help with the water. He walked around with us and we showed him around and where the water was accumulating. He then gave us the best options which was trees that would help soak up the water.

The landscaping installation is scheduled for May 22, 2013. The design is gorgeous. The price is right. Hopefully the overall experience will be just as good.

He drew a plan, but he never called me to see if I was going to consider it or not. There wasn’t any follow up. The plan that was drawn up was for pavers and I was not interested in pavers. I explained that to him. I was having them replace some of my walks. I never heard from him again with the revised quote. He did come and brought a beautiful plan, but it was a lot more than I wanted to in landscaping. He did come when he said he would. I had hoped that he would have gotten back to me with the revised quote for what I wanted. That was a little disappointing.

The owner, Don Covart , gave us our options. He created a design to suit our budget. We couldn't afford the lighting, so he told us to purchase the lights and his crew installed them for us. This was above and beyond what we expected. I asked him if he could have the walkway finished in time for Christmas. He told me he wouldn't be able to do so. But guess what? He did! He over delivered, something very few companies do today. I highly recommend Fox Hollow Landscaping.

PROS: VERY PROFESSIONAL! Showed up on time, returned calls when asked. Estimate detailed, itemized and priced competitive. Standard contract w/ 1 yr guarantee on plants/trees. WORKERS: The guys were reliable, hard-working. They even worked through inclement weather by putting up a canopy to cover the area where brickwork was being repaired. They were polite, respectful & put in a good day's work. They answered every question that I asked and left my property pretty clean. When I reconsidered a couple of things that changed the original work estimate, the owner, Don, listened & worked with me. He provided another detailed description & estimate. CON: One communication mix up. However, once the work commenced, all went smoothly.

The workers were hard working, pleasant and extremely efficient. Fox Hollow presented a detail estimate and the work was completed on time, as designed and estimated. Everyone, from the owner to the workers were extremely pleasant. Since the work was done in the late fall, there was an issue with an auxillary water pipe only used in the spring that did not arise until the spring. Their response was rapid, painless and they entirely fixed the issue. I highly recommend Don Covart and his crew for the professional manner in which they conduct their business and for their very courteous nature.

Overall the job went perfectly. The only qualm I had was their request for 50% payment up front, but my worries were unfounded. Start of work was delayed several days because of heavy rains. They called me to say when they were coming and showed up as promised. The work progressed smoothly and steadly, and was finished in the time promised. The crew was excellent, and meticulous. All the work including filling and reseeding the excavation and all the plumbing was picture perfect. I do not have a single complaint.

They are pretty good. We spent more than $20000. All and all, it was a good job and the people were friendly. It all went pretty well. I give them a good rating. We will use their services again in the future.

They were a very professional landscaping company. They are one of the major landscaping companies in my area. The owner showed up himself and was very professional and knowledgeable. I live in an area that has a lot of local zoning requirements and he knew these requirements inside and out. He advised me how to do things within the lines. He was a very good guy and did a good job on the design. I didn't use him for the project because right after he did the design my gazebo fell apart and I had to deal with that.

He is very knowledgeable in every way. He uses good products and knows what he's doing. He is very easy to work with and is prompt to all of the appointments.
