+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FINE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. THE ONLY THING IS THAT I HAD TO WAIT A WHILE FOR THEM TO DO THE WORK, BUT THE PRICE WAS OKAY.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY COMPUTER BECAUSE IT HAD A VIRUS.

+ -1 moreTHEY WOULD NOT EVEN TRY TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENT. THE COMPUTER NEVER WORKED RIGHT FROM DAY ONE. I HAD TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE FACTORY TO GET A NEW COMPUTER. THEIR SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY POOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LACKING.
Description of Work: WE HAD A CONTRACT WITH THEM TO SERVICE OUR COMPUTER ONCE EACH MONTH, SO WE TOOK OUR COMPUTER IN TO BE SERVICED.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN THEIR WORK. THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY CHEAP. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DEFINITELY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK A VIRUS OFF OF MY COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD TO OPEN IT UP AND CLEAN IT OUT. IT WAS PRETTY DUSTY AND DIRTY. THEY WERE REALLY NICE AND TOOK IT RIGHT IN AND FINISHED IT ALL WITHIN A FEW DAYS.
