Description of Work: We have an older home, so every minor repair can turn kind of major. We have an enclosed porch, with a storm door. Most storm doors open out, ours opens in because it goes right into steep front steps. Of course the size was custom ordered. When the handle with lock broke, we did not want to get a whole new door. It was repaired once - by the door company that installed it - but broke soon after. The next repairman could not/would not fix it. But the experienced worker from Andy On Call knew what to do, bought the required part, and fixed it. And the handle with lock still works fine today! THE ACTUAL DATE WAS APRIL 28, 2010 - but 2010 wasn't a choice. The important fact is 4 years later, and it is still working!
