Hired them to do a concrete driveway (two and half cars wide from two cars wide) and a step up to front/side porch concrete underneath, with pavers on top. I had a blacktop driveway, concreate walkway, grass and 4 large bushes that needed to be removed before any work can be done. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very well. Due to the extreme heat during my service was told weather would be a contributing factor which I totally understood. The results were great and were extremely happy with there work. Will most likely use them in my next project next year!

Very nice job, but still waiting for my paperwork. Called him numerous tims and he has yet to provide me with final paperwork for tax reasons. Get all your documentation BEFORE any work is done. Otherwise he did a very beautiful job.

They couldn't have been more professional! Dealing with them was a pleasure; they arrived at the agreed upon time and commenced with their work. All the gentlemen were very hard working as the footings needed to be dug by hand and very precise. The job they did was exceptional. The only (minor) issue I had is that they recommended moving the slab further back from my driveway and installing an apron from the driveway to the slab. I agreed with their suggestion and told them to go ahead with it. They installed the slab and left. I waited a week then called asking when they would return to install the apron. They indicated, the apron was not in the original estimate and the apron would cost an additional $1,000 (even though they used less concrete for the slab than originally estimated). I wondered why they would recommend something and not indicate the additional expense. At this point, I had no choice but to come up with the additional $1,000 since I couldn't easily get to the garage without the apron. The bottom line is they are a great company to work with; they did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. The township representatives who came inspect their work (required) indicated their jobs have always been done well.

This was my third project for which I have used Polonia Construction. Previously, working with Paul's partner Jacek, I had had some brick and stone patio steps rebuilt in 2007 for $3,000 and a front patio and walkway rebuilt with pavers in 2009 for $7,200. Obviously, I have been pleased with their work. I will admit that sometimes it is hard to get their attention for new work or to get much in the way of paperwork. Also, since they always seem to have a big backlog, it can be a while before they can start a job. But as Paul explained to me one day, their customers are pleased enough to be willing to wait. I have to agree.

Exceeded our expectations. Told us they would come in 6 weeks and they showed up in six weeks. Told us the work would take 5 days and it took 5 days. Took no money up front; only took money when job was satisfactorily completed. Even made suggestions to the design that improved the look of the finished product.

Magnificent! I couldn't be happier with the work done by Polonia Construction. Every phase of construction was done with precision and Mr. Paul Banasik checked in with me frequently to make sure that i was satisfied with the work. I wish i could post pictures of the final product because then you could see for yourself how beautiful the job was done. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR MASONRY SERVICES.

Spoke with Polonia Construction on the phone. We set up an appointment for him to come out and look at the large job I needed. I gave him driving directions and all seemed fine. He promised to be at my house on a certain day, at a certain time. He never showed up and did not call to reschedule. Guess they were too busy to deal with a $35,000 job!

It took a while to get the job going but once started it was completed as promised, six days. Owner Paul was very responsive, returns call the same day. They did a great job and would recommend them.

We contacted Polonia Construction to expand our driveway. We had hired them once before to rebuild part of our retaining wall and had been impressed with how quickly and well they had done the job. This time was no different. They came to assess the house the weekend before Thanksgiving and gave us an estimate the Monday before and started the job on the Monday after Thanksgiving. They only had a one day delay in pour the concrete and were finished by Wednesday. We would definitely use them again.

I am still waiting for them to come out and do the job. They were very punctual; they came out the same day that I called them.

From the first phone call to the finished product, Paul and his crew at Polonia construction were excellent. The quality of the work was outstanding and finished in a timely manner. They showed up as expected and were always very professional. I would definitely use them again, I only wish I had used them originally instead of a landscaper. You can immediately tell the superior quality compared to the old steps. I really cannot say anything negative, I was 100% satisfied with Polonia Construction.
