Great! Garden State Blinds is one of those terrific local companies who do great work at a fair price and are a pleasure to work with.

Called the company on the afternoon at 4:30. Spoke to Vito. He said he was in the area & could be over in an hour. He came & fixed the problem & refused to take any money.

Vito explaned several options which was very helpful. The installers were on time, did an excellent job, and we are very pleased with the product and installation. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Vito made us feel like family when he came to our new home to help us select blinds. He was kind, funny and encouraged us to ask questions. Vito explained the various types of blinds to us and also made suggestions. He even brought us a box of cookies......The installation went very well too. Frank was very nice, professional and simply did a great job....

I was very happy and going to use Garden State Blinds again! Nick came on time and was very nice and professional.

Two people came. They were very responsive. I didn't want them to come until after I had the painting done and they were willing to hold the blinds until I was ready. They worked within my time frame.

Vito came to my home on time and had all the required materials needed for me to make an informed selection. He was open and honest regarding the ability to do what I wanted. He even contacted the manufacturer to see if it was possible. Even though the manufacturer indicated that they did not make what I wanted, Vito came up with a solution. I can't wait for the cornices to come in. I know they will look great.

Vito came to my house on time and even brought bakery cookies with him. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and knows his stuff inside and out. We discussed all the options available and after listening to what my needs were, made a few recommendations. He had samples with him and helped me with selecting a color. He then took all the measurements and quoted me a price. Blinds like these are always pricey, but I knew what to expect since I wasnt buying pre-made blinds from a department store. The blinds took about 2 weeks to come in and the wonderful woman in the office worked with my schedule to set the installation appointment. The installer came and made sure everything was installed properly. Unfortunately he noticed one of the headers of the blind had a slight dent in it. I had to return the blind, but as soon as the new one came in, it was installed and everything is perfect. I decided on a cellular blind so that we can lower to block out the strong afternoon sun,but raise up and out of site during the day and evening. They are sturdy and strong and with little maintenance needed, these will last forever, or until I want something new, but I can't imagine that! Overall great company to work with who really care about quality and service. I will save up for my next blind purchase and definitely use them again!

We found him to be professional, thoughtful, and willing to share his expertise. Unfortunately, what he had was out of our budget. Not his fault. Seems all similar custom treatments are in the same range.

vito and his team are fantastic. they took down our old blinds (and helped dispose of them) and installed the new ones in a flash. the installers, brett and dave, even cleaned up after - it was like they weren't even here! custom blinds are not cheap, but in this case, we thought it was totally worth it. they made everything so easy for us. they are a family business and they treat their customers like family. i cant say enough about them!

Vito came for the consultation and estimate - he was punctual, knowledgeable, gave me options/suggestions and super efficient. He knows what he is talking about and doesn't try to upsell you - on the contrary, he was so honest he told me he didn't think I needed blinds for one of the rooms and, after thinking about it, I totally agreed with. Installation was likewise efficient and I am pleased with how everything looks. Of course, you could go cheaper by going to one of those chains such as blinds2go or doing it yourself but for the service and quality, Garden State Blinds is the way to go. I have several more rooms that we will need to work on so I will definitely be calling Vito again in the future. Highly recommend.

Everything went well. Vito arrived on time for the estimate as did the installer. The installation was quick and clean. I am extremely pleased with the product and service provided. I would definitely use them again.

I liked the price and the professionalism. They were very punctual and the quality was there too. They gave me an option which was higher than we could afford, so they offered us a discount.

I called to have someone come over to see what I could get for my kitchen window. Claire came over and brought cookies (very nice). We talked - she had a lot of samples - so with her talking with me - trying to see what I wanted, we kind of narrowed it down somewhat. She had many colors to choose from - which she very nicely held up many times until I made a decision. It was a great experience. I did not feel rushed at all. I got just what I wanted and it looks great. I wrote a check for the deposit - and I believe the lead time may have been 4 weeks (not positive). But I had the guy out to install the blind on May 8 - so that was a great turnaround time. He was a very pleasant guy and quick and cleanly got the job done. I used a major department store for other window treatments in my home in the past and I will never do that again. I feel the pricing and selection that Garden State Blinds has totally has this store beat. And I did not even look at all Garden State Blinds had to offer in other selections.

Everything has gone excellent. They are very nice to do business with.

Clare came well prepared with several options in terms of cost and quality. She measured and gave an accurate estimate of total cost. We went with upgrades with valances that really improved the overall effect of the the design. Clare's attention to our wants along with her talented design recommendations really made a difference in helping us to achieve a beautifully decorated room. I plan on calling son for a consultation on our bedrooms and bathrooms.

She was very helpful and showed us all types of samples, even brought cookies. I asked when we would have the estimate, she said we would have it that very same night, to date, we have not received anything. I believe she was under the impression we were going to make a deal right then and there, I did explain that we had other estimates to consider and before she left my home she asked if we would consider her when making a decision, which I said we would, however I can't and now WON'T since I never received her estimate and no longer desire a quote. 2/3/14 - Due to a misunderstanding, I have changed my overall review. Mr. Conforti, as well as Claire the sales rep called my home today and apologized for the miscue, which I appreciated.

Vito, the owner, came out to give me an estimate. He is such a pleasant man and was a pleasure to deal with. The installation went very smoothly and the 2 installers were great. The did a great job and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Garden State Blinds!

Vito bought in a whole range of samples when he came in to gave the sample. He clearly illustrated the differences between the products and then worked within our budget. He was knowledgeable on the different options and issues with window treatment. He gave a written estimate and took an advance. Couple of days later someone from his office called to follow up and give a estimate for the installation. Few days before the install, the office called to confirm the exact time window. The installers were professional, polite and knew what they were doing. They have done installations for a long time with Garden State Blinds. They inspected the products, installed it and verified every one of them. They highlighted the issues with 2 of the blinds (they were so minor that even we did not notice them). They promised to return to fix it with the new blinds. And they did. I have never had a better experience with any contractor or service provider. This guy is phenomenal

We called Garden stae Blinds 732-721-3040 and Vito came to our home a evening that both my wife and a where home, He gave our dog a small biscut and became fast freinds fast. he listened to what we wanted and measured the windows and gave us advise on color type and texture for the blinds, he gave us a great price, and wasnt pushy at all, I told him I was going to shop around, and I would call him back if his price was good. And it was so I called him he came over and took a small deposit to order and have custom made 7 blinds and some were not only bottom up but top down also. You should get top down and bottom up for the bathrooms and bedrooms also, we also got the room darkening blinds. about 3 weeks went byhe called us and set up a time to come over and installedthem in about 2-3 hours, made sure the worked right should us all the details about them and if any problems to call him "Vito" any time. They would come back if any problems any time. to help a customer, he even made flollow up calls 3 months out and 6 months out to check if we are happy w/ the new Blinds and we are , we will be sure to call Garden state binds again for the rest of the house .
