Description of Work: They installed Trane furnace and humidifier. Overall, so far, my experience with company is quite positive. Artur, the owner, is quite smart, a good professional and a good salesman. His cost was the lowest amongst the local providers. My only reservation with him was his rigidity regarding the installation of the drain pipe from the furnace. He did not clearly explain to me that the kind of humidifier he was providing drains out too much water. I would have bought a more efficient unit for more price if I was aware of this. The drain pipe that he installed hangs outside the house less than a foot above the ground. I am worried that in winters it may get buried in the snow and drainage through it won't be possible (even if the pipe itself doesn't freeze due to running water during draining process), which may shut the furnace off. His answer to my concern was that I must go out when the entire ground is covered with 1 or more feet of snow due to current and the previous snow falls and clear the pipe area up after every snow. This is a formidable task for my petite size and senior age. For now, however, I have improvised myself a temporary arrangement that hopefully will not allow the pipes (drainage as well as the exhaust) from getting buried under snow throughout the winter. I am giving Artur a professional's trust regarding pipe not freezing as he assured me that he has done it many times before and it never gave any problem. I will know better after this winter and hope for now that he is right.

 + -1 moreThe installation went well without any problems. The price and services offered were competitive with other offers we had. Artur was very patient with us and answered all our questions during the decision making process and offered references around my area. The installation looked very good and they worked with us to make sure it passed all inspections and everything was working appropriately. They made sure to protect the inside of the house and everything was left relatively clean around the basement and the outside. Never had scheduling problems. They offer a good warranty (more than the competitors) but hopefully I will not have to call them anytime soon.
Description of Work: ADHC installed a new trane furnace and AC to replace an old system.
