I like the way they handle their clients. I was not scheduled for the day but when they got an opportunity to service my aircon, they immediately call and my aircon was fixed in that service call. Will definitely use them for future aircon services. They are also fast in fixing the problem.

AC stopped cooling house on Friday, outside fan not working. I checked Angie's list Saturday morning to find a recommendation for service. I read reviews for Accurate, all positive, so I emailed them that morning at 7:00 am. Pete from Accurate called me at 9:00 am. I explained the problem and what I thought was the issue. Pete had me check some things while on the phone to see if it was quick do it myself fix. Unfortunately, it wasn't a do it myself fix. Pete told me what sounded like the problem and gave me an estimate for the service. I asked if he could come that day, and he was at my house within an hour. He fixed the unit and AC was working within a half hour of him arriving. The total cost for service was within the range that Pete estimated, there were no surprise fees. Pete was professional, honest, prompt and reasonable, especially since my service was on a weekend. If I have any heating/AC issues in the future, I will definitely use Accurate.

I called Peter after reading his excellent ratings on Angie's list. He returned by call and we arranged for a meeting in order to give me an estimate. He arrived on time on a Saturday morning. He took measurements and we discussed options in terms of energy and models. He also gave me his recommendations and quoted me for a 13 and 16 seer. I choose the 16 in that the labor remained the same and the differential was not as great as one would have thought. He took care of the permit and told me exactly when he could make the installation....June 8. He and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. He noted some issues when he opened the plenum. He made those repairs; disconnected some ducts that were no longer in use and capped them without any additional charge. He even made a trip to the store to get the caps. The installation took about 5 hours, just what her predicted. The unit works fine and is very quiet. Pete and his assistant are personable, professional, efficient and do quality work that they took pride in. I am anticipating, based on the precision of the installation or having a problem free system.

Had an appointment set up to receive a quote on replacing our Furnace and AC unit. They did not show up for the appointment and did not call.

I was very pleased with the quality of work performed. The owner called me to let me know he would be coming a day earlier than originally scheduled. He was reachable when originally called--communications was never a problem. Owner and another of his workers performed the work, Price was reasonable . I would definitely recommend .his company and use it in the future.

Called and within a day Accurate was at my house. Diagnosed the problem but got my AC unit going until the part came in...which is important when there would be a few days of heat upcoming. Very satisfied.

They came on time . Checked outside air conditioning unit. They saw that the compressor was not working because of the start switch. they replaced the start switch, Checked the pressure and completed the job in a timely manner. I feel that they were honest,friendly,professional and answered all my questions. I recommend them and will use their services again.

I took advantage of an Angies list special. I called Accurate Conditioning and was able to set up an appointment within a week. Accurate was professional and performed the required installation quickly, including the removal of the old non-functioning humidifier. I am pleased with the outcome and the promptness of their service.

I called other places that told me that they couldn't do anything until they sent someone to diagnose the problem, even though I was well aware that the blower motor blew. When I called Accurate Conditioning (at 1149am), i described the issue and he told me that he had the piece and could fix it immediately and that he wasn't far. (it snowed that morning and it was around 15degrees out) He came, fixed it immediately, priced it out fairly, and was completely done by 1pm. I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the deal through Angies List. They contacted me right away. Scheduled the appointment the same week. Arrived on time and finished very quickly. Was very professional and I'm very happy with the out come. Would use them again.

They don't do oil delivery but referred me to someone who does. They were very nice and caring.

We didn't wind up having the system installed, due to some technical restrictions; however I'm posting the review to say how pleased we were with the professionalism of Accurate Conditioning. We'll definitely contact them in the future.

I was totally impressed. I was contacted within 48 hours to schedule my appointment. They asked for three dates that I would be available and times. I gave them as one of the dates Jan 9th between 8:30 and 10:30 and they went with that date. Sure enough January 9th at about 9:00 am my door bell rang and there was the technician, courteous punctual and ready to install my new thermostat. He worked neatly was courteous and friendly, made sure I had knowledge of my new thermostat and checked to make sure everything was in good working order. I give these guys an A+++++++ and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Thanks guys!

No problems. The whole process from initial inspection to repair was about 30 minutes. I will use him again for my furnace problems. He did me a favor considering I made the appointment late in the day and he still showed up that same day.

Everything went well. The service tech was on time, very knowledgeable, and showed me what I needed to know about the product. The only tiny thing that I objected to was that he tried to sell me a larger humidifier for an extra $250. Overall, everything was great!

Pete and Glenn came out and diagnosed my problem on 7/3/14, during a heat wave. They carefully explained what needed to be done and what my options were. The gave me time to think and did not exert any pressure. I appreciated that. They returned 7/7/14 and did the work (replaced the condensor), gave me the Angie's List discount, and left the work area clean.

I called on a Monday night when my a/c was blowing just hot air. They called me around 8:15 the next morning, after they opened. Pete(?) said they'd come before lunch. The tech was here before 11. Diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. My capacitor had blown along with some wiring. He had replacement parts in the truck and I told him to do it. I also told him that when I checked the air handler in the attic, there were some leaky points between the duct work and the air handler. He caulked it up for me. I'm not sure which tech was here, but he was quick, professional, showed me the bad part which was obviously burnt out. And he did not try to upsell me on anything which is always appreciated. Overall, very responsive, great work, and I would use again. I bought the Angies list diagnostic checkup for 49 bux to cover the visit which saved me some money. Thanks guys.

The Central AC had stopped working. They responded within 30 minutes of my call and after 10 minute diagnosis indicated that the capacitor needed to be replaced. They quoted $160. including parts, labor, and service charge. It took them another 15 minutes to replace the part. I am not sure if the price was reasonable, but since it was done in a timely and professional manner I am satisfied and will use them in the future. I am giving "B" for price because I did not get any competitor prices.
