Accurate Conditioning

I needed someone to come early, and Pete arrived right on time, found a burned out wire on my old Carrier unit & took care of it in one hour. Fair, honest, good price. Will recommend to my Monmouth friends & neighbors.

Accurate Conditioning was recommended to me and I can see why. From first contact, throughout the build to completion was excellent. I would highly recommend them for all your heat/air issues. Price was excellent and quality of work was top notch.

Peter and his crew did an outstanding job at the best price. They installed a Fujitsu Ductless Air Conditioning system in the upstairs bedrooms. Their work was very neat and the system is working flawlessly. They did a pretty good job cleaning up after finishing their project and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a good quality ductless A/C system at a very good price.

These guys we used were really great.? They came in to help us because we had problems with the air conditioner and kept it going temporarily until we got the new air conditioners in.? They were excellent.? Last year we had the new air conditioners put it.? I think it was a reasonable price.? A's across the board.? The heating unit went out in the upstairs apartment.? The temperature was in the 90's.? They came and solved the problem and told us after we checked out the units, because both the units were about the same age, they said that eventually we were going to half to get a new unit for the apartment.? We figured the house was built in 1968 so it had been a while.? They temporarily fixed it while we ordered the unit for the upstairs apartment.? Then I said to my husband, ours is the same age so lets get both of the done at the same time with it.? So what happened is that the repair they did started to fail again and we knew that was going to happen, so they came back and recharged the system.? Now they had a vacation in between there, so one was covering for the other so they said all you have to do is call us and we will be right over and do it.? ?We will recharge the system to you get the new unit in which they did.? Here they are on vacation doing this.? Then they put in both units for us.? We are very happy with them.

Great. I called in the morning and even though they were fully booked they were able to to fit me in. The issue was fixed promptly. The technician also put in a solution that will help me prevent the issue from happening again. He was very nice and answered all my questions. This was my first try of Angie's list and I am so pleased that I did.

Pete came at agreed upon time, quickly assessed the situation and repaired the starter switch on the blower. His team was efficient and fairly priced compared to the bigger companies I used in the past.

One of the hottest weeks in May, our home wasn't getting cooled properly even though we have the AC on. I found that the dust cover for the HVAC unit was still on and shorted out the fan, because of no air circulation. *face-palm. Called a couple of of places the next day to see if they could come by on short notice. The first 'A' rated vendor said they weren't available, and didn't even offer another day to come over. I then got a hold of Pete from Accurate Conditioning, and he said he would try to come over at the end of the day even though he was already booked all day. Pete and Glen were able to come by at lunch time since they were in the area. They quickly assessed the problem and had all of the parts with them to fix the problem and gave me a chance to look around for a more competitive price. Considering I was brushed off by another repair group, and these guys came by even though they were booked solid, and I recall reading from Angie's List that they had some of the most competitive prices in the area, I quickly agreed to their service. It took them less than an hour to repair and check everything was in order. I can't thank these guys enough to make time to quickly fix the issue and not treat me like a throw away customer. I will definitely contact them first for any HVAC related services in the future.

We spoke with 3 companies to get quotes. Peter's was the first which, according to him, never works out. From the beginning, it was clear that Peter knew what he was talking about. I wasn't aware that both appliances are usually replaced at the same time. Peter gave a price quote on having both replaced and on just the condenser replaced. These were 20 yr old machines so I thought that prevention was better than waiting for either to break when they were needed the most. Peter did not push us to replace both but did say that, if the furnace went in a year, that it would cost me an extra $1000 to redo some of the work that would be done if both had been replaced at the same time. The other companies didn't explain that and just assumed that we were doing both. Peter gave us a very competitive price that eventually worked out to less than the other quotes. He was not pushy about selling his services. He lowered his price on his own initiative. I felt that the other contractors wanted me to price shop like I was buying a car. He stayed in contact with me before the installation and showed up on time. He contacted me the day before the installation to ask a question and that question indicated that he had been thinking about the project. During the installation, he noticed something with my water heater and went out of his way to go out and purchase a part to correct that problem; he then installed the part at no extra cost to me. I kinda doubt that other contractors would have done that. I also get the impression that Peter is very responsive to service calls. I highly recommend Peter's services. The furnace is working fine; it's too early to check on the a/c.

I have no complaints about them. They were terrific. They were clean and prompt. They came right away. We would absolutely use them in the future.

great - call these guys first. it will be the last call you need to make. and they don't try to rip you off. some other company promised to come over the weekend and gave me a way over priced estimate on the phone. they never showed up leaving me to sweat it out in the 100 degree heat. Accurate calls you and then comes when they say they will come. And they do a great job at a great price.

It went great. He was professional and explained the issue. He took his time and offered me various options to fix my 18year old unit. He fixed it and i have had no issue since. Would highly recommend.

I called Pete at Accurate at about 8 am and he told me he would come by in the afternoon. He came as promised. After about 15 minutes Pete had repaired my air conditioner, it was cooling again. He worked efficiently and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Accurate.

I bought Accurate Conditioning's $49 diagnostic coupon on Angie's List on Saturday night. The first appointment available to speak to the owner was on Monday - Pete called me before even 9am (AWESOME RESPONSE TIME!) on Monday to schedule the same day appointment (FANTASTIC!) He got here when he said he would, he diagnosed the problem with my AC (it needed freon), and took care of it with an extremely reasonable price, and professionalism! He checked my filter to make sure it was good, too. I liked Pete & his partner a lot! No BS! Wonderful service! He's also coming back in a couple of weeks to run full diagnostics on my system to find the leak - he'd have done it right away, but I requested him to come back, and he said, "Sure!" I'm a real estate agent who gives all of my clients Angie's List subscriptions along with my own personal recommendations of service people...Pete is going on my list!

I called Accurate Conditioning and spoke directly with Pete, the owner of Accurate Conditioning. I was very impressed with Pete's knowledge and helpfulness over the phone so I invited him to the house to provide an estimate. His quote was extremely competitive, particularly for the high efficiency model we desired. Based on his fair pricing, exceptional knowledge of his products and customer service skills I selected Pete and Accurate Conditioning for the job. On the day of the installation, Pete and his assistant arrived on time. Pete personally works on all his installations - this is a rare find in the HVAC world. The two member crew worked efficiently throughout the day. Pete's finished work was outstanding. I could tell he took pride in the job, taking care that everything was neat and clean. You cannot go wrong with Pete. He is fair and honest. My experience with other HVAC projects (both commercial and residential) has taught me that much of what you pay for with the big companies is marketing, sales people and other high overhead. Go with an owner / operator like Pete. You will not be disappointed.

Was prompt. Installed Freon into the system. Informed us there was a small leak and at some point we would have to have it repaired. He and his assistant even helped us get our pool winter cover off..

Excellent installation in a timely and cost effective manner. Accurate Conditioning diagnosed the problem with my air conditioning unit. They quoted me a realistic price and a date to install a new one. Pete and his crew were courteous and understanding in explaining what was not working and what needed to be done. I will definitely be using Accurate Conditioning in the future.

The original installer of the boiler has been promising to come for 2 months (Shoreland Heating). Peter of Accurate came in.....told me he did not have to completely replace the zone valve. He replaced the motor and saved me some money. I do have a warranty with Shoreland, but even with that I will NOT call them I will call Peter a honest man for all my needs

I have been a customer with Pete now for almost 2 years. My first call to him was when I first moved into my house in Aug 2014, the A/C Unit wasn't cooling. I called Pete and he was completely honest and gave me options and his recommendations. My husband and I decided to replace the whole system instead of fixing it. We have two other companies come out and give us quotes and Pete's prices and options were very reasonable. He was also thorough with explaining the different units that we could choose from. When we asked about financing he responded quickly to getting us set up right away. A few days later our A/C Unit was installed and works great! We also had to call Pete to take a look at the A/C Unit because of a leak and he was able to fix that upon short notice. When you call him, he is extremely responsive. He also communicates well. For another job, I needed Pete to run a gas line to a new dryer. He and his technician did it for a great price and was also very good to work with. Very clean work. Finally, I called Pete last night because I smelled something burning and my heater stopped working. He said that he would be at my house first thing this morning and arrive at the time he promised. He indicated that there had been a small fire in the furnace and was able to replace the parts the same day. I am so thankful that he cares about me and my family to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I have been satisfied and pleased with Pete from day 1 and will continue to use him and his company for all of my hvac needs.

Superb service! In a very tricky tight space they made it work where others had said it could not be done. Rerouted chimney duct and installed in about 2 and a half hours. They were prompt, professional and pleasant! My highest recommendation!

I was very pleased with his knowledge. You could tell that he was doing a good job and not trying to rip me off. They saved me hundreds of dollars.

He arrived on time and pointed out issues with A/C including parts frozen by rust, lack of freon and where a mouse had chewed through the wiring. Remains of electrocuted mouse still there..... Since the unit was 20 years old he suggested replacing it rather than spend several hundred dollars + to repair it and refill the freon.... Followed his advice and pleased with the outcome.
