Description of Work: Remote access call to repair a Windows configuration error. There was no charge, because I am a regular customer. In 2008, the lead technician (and owner) was dispatched to my home, from a local retail store. I was so impressed with his patience, professionalism and knowledge that I asked for a way to contact him, directly, in the future. His knowledge is not limited to just computers. He is like an "electronics whisperer," who can fix anything and translate the technical jargon into easy-to-understand language for the average person. When there is a charge, it is usually very fair and reasonable. The technicians take their time, answer questions honestly and are very thorough.
