Western Pest Services

I would like to see more flexible availabiltiy for scheduleing visits. I think currently they are only in my town on Thursday's during the day. If the service or issue requires they come into the house, then I need to take a day off from work.

They have done work for us for a number of years. They have been very good. They are prompt, they are efficient, and they keep in mind that we have cats. Anything they have, they make sure to keep it out of the cats reach. They are a good company.

The work has turned out to be very good. We have been using them for a number of years and we have had no complaints.

Very well. They sealed holes and set traps in places I couldn't get to. The important thing was that they were able to catch enough mice to rid the house of nightly scurrying sounds and the whiff of rodents. Now I think we are just at a maintenance level where they only catch an occasional mouse.

Took the service contract since it seemed economical. In reality it didn't cover anything like termites or carpenter ants--that was a more expensive contract to take. I didn't like the fact that contract was not as complete as they indicated when I first called. They were all nice enough, curteous and prompt--but it wasn't worth the money. Next time I'd try someone really local and not associated with a franchise

They have many different locations in NJ area. I am very satisfied with their service.

The inspector then called a serviceman to come and remove the animal from my home. He called the guy right in front of me and we agreed between 2-5 PM. He had my address and everything. HE NEVER SHOWED.

Western Pest Service does a thorough and effective treatment for the carpenter ants. We have a yearly contract with them which is very reasonable. We can call them anytime and they come right away if we need them. I think that this is a well respected pest control service.

They are a great company. They do an excellent job. For example, if you have something going on outside like a hornets nest or something they will come and take care of it. I would rather not discuss pricing but I will tell you that they offer different types of plans. I have had them for years and I have never felt like they have let us down. I am talking like twenty years. They can and will quote rates and they are good and very efficient. They worked out really well for us this last visit as with every other visit.

THEY HAVE DONE WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, AND I HAVE HAD NO OTHER PROBLEMS WITH TERMITES, SO I AM CONTENT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AS FAR AS I CAN TELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
