Even patched up the wall where the sconces that were taken out even though I said I would be more than happy to do that myself! When all 8 line phones in my home died overnight, I was frantic. My husband and I are retired, and we live alone. My husband, a stroke patient, can develop a medical problem within a few hours, and I am dependent on a working telephone. I have never become accustomed to cell phones, even though I own a simple one that I use only for emergency calls (provided I have not forgotten to charge it), but that I never carry around the house because I drop and misplace it constantly. Since I never give out the number of this cell phone, nobody could reach me for a few days while my line phones were dead. I thought that my telephone problem could be solved by Optimum Online, our service provider. Even though that company promised to send someone the following day, the technician could not make it and I had to wait a second day! When he finally arrived, the technician explained on a Saturday night that he could not help me; I needed to call an electrician since he believed I had a short in one of my telephone lines. I found Vaccarella Electrical Services at Home Advisor and explained my problem to them; they promised to arrive on Monday at 8:30 a.m.--and they kept their word. Two men worked for 2 hours, troubleshooting my telephone jacks, wires, Internet router and modem and were able to restore my telephone service. Apparently the problem was a bad modem (which, however, worked intermittently). Both men were very nice and helpful; I found them to be highly knowledgeable and courteous. Considering the amount of time they spent at my house, their fee was more than reasonable. I shall forever be grateful to them for restoring my telephones, and I recommend them highly to anyone who needs a great electrician! I will definitely hire them again.

We needed someone to do a large job replacing all the lighting in our first floor and wanted to ensure that whomever we hired was on point. Roberto was fantastic as he clearly explained his proposal and offered great ideas at very reasonable pricing. Once on site, he and his team were very meticulous in their work and left the house spotless. They worked efficiently and paid an enormous attention to detail which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them for big and small jobs.

It had hesitated calling an electrian until it was absolutely necessary. Surprised how incredibly fast the jobs were responded to, how friendly the conduct was and how easily these problems dissolved. And I have recommended them to one of my friends in the meantime.

Called Vaccarella on a holiday weekend for an emergency repair, they showed up promptly and did an excellent job. Their work was clean and they were very professional. I would definitely hire them again. Roberto was great!

Vaccarella Electric company installed a 200 amp service in our home. They showed up first thing in the morning as scheduled. Very professional, and did a great job. Quality work. Have used them again recently to run Electric to a central air unit. Again quality work at a fair price. Would definitely recommend this company.
