Roberto was extremely knowledgeable, honest, with a kind demeanor. He completed the panel upgrade expeditiously. Our panel was 40 years old with a separate fuse box in our attic. We had several contractors give a quote but unlike the others Roberto's recommendations were aligned with safety and county code. He explained everything well and we were confident in his recommendations. He delivered everything as promised and left his work area impeccable. In addition, we had several outlets that didnt work before he started and he did not increase the cost in the contract to address the issue as the other contractors had. He suggested we wait until the upgrade was done to see if the issues was resolved. And they were. Upon completion there was one light fixture that was problematic, he promised to come back and figure it out the next day.... and he did so without any reminders. The issue was handled quickly. He is my go to electrician and highly recommended.

An oven and stove top that didn't work / a 60 plus year old electrical panel / the week before Thanksgiving - a recipe for disaster. Despite his best efforts, Roberto was unable to locate replacement parts so he had to replace the entire panel. A small issue - faulty breaker - required a followup visit - on Sunday morning! The entire team was able to resolve my issue quickly / professionally / successfully. Roberto was totally focused and went to great lengths to get me operational. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend.

Ritchie came in and was able to fix our problem in a matter of minutes. And then was able to resolve our outside light issue! Worth the money, which was also very reasonable.

Our front porch lights would not work and Roberto quickly responded to our service request. Even though it was a relatively minor repair, he made the time to be available on a day I could be home and replaced a faulty switch within minutes. When checking the lights, we found some interior corrosion and decided to replace the entire light boxes. Roberto came back a second time and installed the new light boxes. He also corrected some minor issues with the junction boxes to protect them from future exposure to the elements. Overall, he knew his business and was very efficient in completing his work. I would highly recommend his services.

Richie & Paul got to work as soon as they stepped in and made sure to cover the working area in tarps they had prepared, ensuring that no debris fell onto the floor. After finishing, they took the time to thoroughly clean the area and make it look seamless. I will be hiring them again for my future planned projects.
