I am totally impressed, Roberto answered very quick to my inquiry and showed at the door next day. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Within hours he e-mailed me a proposal for my work, next day he was hired. His team showed up within days, while my work was a bit extensive we had them at our residence for about 2 days. Their work was very professional and clean, actually to my surprise I did not have to say or suggest anything. For sure I'll be using their services again and highly recommend them for their outstanding job.

The work was done. on time & all clean up done as he said. He was here the day of the town inspection & passed with flying colors. I hired this company because from the moment I received a return phone call I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge from them. The two guys that were sent to do the job were on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgable. I had done my research and interviewed several people for the job but I know I hired the right company and I would recommend them very highly for any job. I would highly recommend Vaccarella Electrical Services. Due to the location of my rental property (distance from where I live) I made the appointment for the estimate with Rob for 6 days after first contact. Rob arrived on time and we discussed what needed to be done. He explained exactly what was needed as well as giving me two options depending on what the town required for code. That evening He emailed me two estimates one for each scenario. I contacted the town building department to determine what was required by code and set up the appointment with Rob for the work to be done a week later. Again Rob’s crew arrived on time and The work was completed in less time than anticipated. During that time Rob went to the building department to apply for the permit. Job site was cleaned and all trash was bagged. Rob is not only extremely professional he is very personable as well! A pleasure to work with!

Lights, appliances, TV, computer switched off now and then. Intervals were getting closer and longer. Did not find problem, replaced dimer switch in kitchen. They had checked the main box for problems. They then left and the washer and dryer went off, but did not trip braker. I called public Svc. they reconnected the wires on pole and problem has ended. Wires were corroded.

This was an install and upgrade of electrical panel. Job was completed on time although several rescheduling due to weather. Price quoted was more than home advisors Quotes. Cleanup was not great, and the contractor did not take the garbage but left it for me to dispose. Finished job was satisfactory.

Robert and his staff did an excellent and efficient job. The job needed to be done quickly to which an estimate was provided and work was completed within a couple of days. They were very professional, neat, and thorough. I would definitely recommend to others and use again for other electrical work I may need in the future.
