roberto responded to my needs immediately..... treated my job as important to me as a major job.... sent 2 techs who were very effecient and knowledgable diagnosed the problem immediately

This was not an easy job as required taking down existing chandeliers and putting up new ones in what is are 30 foot ceilings. In addition Vaccarella made good suggestion to add in a mechanical lift for one chandelier which we did. That made job bit more difficult as new electric line and switches needed to be put in place. The team of Paul and Rich were patient and made sure all worked, lights were level and took great care as this brand new home in terms of clean up and being careful with walls, floors etc. would use Vaccarella again for our next job

I needed an electrical switch upgrade to my home. I heard talk about wire gauge and amp, what unit is needed. I had no idea. Luckily for me I contacted Vaccarella Electrical Service. Robert took the time to understand my issue. Explained what I needed to have this issue corrected. We agreed to get the work completed the next day. Richard was prompt, professional. He explained what he was doing and why. His was work was neat and you cleaned up after. Later that day I got a follow up call from Robert to see how the work went and if I had any question. That is not a behavior you see much from businesses today. I have added the companyâ s phone number and details to my phone book and have shared my experience with my neighbors. Vacarella installed a new post light fixture and exterior switch. Very satisfied with quality of work, quick response and follow up. Will definetly hire for additional electrical work in near future.

Robert is very knowledgeable & actually stays true to his word... how many contractors can you say that about!? We hired him to do a complete electrical box upgrade & he did a terrific job. However, several days later, a few of our lights stopped working. Robert seemed as baffled as we did. But, he said he'd check it out & troubleshoot. It did take a few tries to lock him down (he's a busy guy), but he ended up coming by &, as luck would have it, had nothing to do w/ the job he just completed (old house). Both he & his team spent nearly 4 hours there rectifying the issue & then... didn't charge us for his time! He could have easily put an astronomical figure on that afternoon, but instead gave us a break. I've done way too many projects on my house to date & have yet to come across anyone who actually fixed a problem & then didn't ask for a paycheck. It's like the type of service your parents (or, perhaps, grandparents) used to brag about when their electrician used to be the only guy in town & everyone knew him/her. Robert's a great electrician, but an even better biz owner, who stands by his work & his customers!

I hired this company to replace my 6 hard-wired smoke detectors throughout my home. Roberto Vaccarella personally installed all devices. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and thorough. In fact, he assisted in doing some housecleaning on top of an extremely tall armoire. Overall he is AWESOME and I would definitely hire him and his team again for electrical work around the house.

We hired this company to upgrade our electrical service to meet all current codes. Mr. Vaccarella and his team did a professional and fantastic job in less than the estimated time. When we were told that the inspector from town can only come for inspection between 4:00 to 6:00pm, Mr. Vaccarella said no problem and he would come. He came here at 3:50 and waited for the inspector who showed up at 5:10. The inspection passed without any problem. No doubt we will hire this company again.

Roberto Vacarella gave me a good feeling when he came and did the estimate for upgrading my breaker panels on an old rental house. I felt he was a straight shooter with his advise and did not try to rush me into hiring his company. He actually said the job could wait until I collected rents for awhile and it was basically safe but "an antiquated a system". I followed his advise and they did a perfect job today, and I plan to use Vacarella again.
