Great service

This was the first visit but I am very confident that the mice problem will be resolved. They did a very through inspection both inside and outside my home. Identified, and plugged up, an opening under my deck that was a point of entry. Very satisfied.

The project was started and completed on the day promised, and within the window of time agreed to.

The company has been in business for many years. The employee that came to the house knew exactly what to do and where the bees were borrowing into the ground. I had them in both my front and back yard. Kyle took his time in spraying and it certainly was not a rush job. Yes, I still see a few of the bees but I was told it takes a few days for them to die off. Today I killed one and saw one flying. It has been four days and I would say they have moved on to a new location or are dead. UltraPro is an excellent company to work with. They follow up with a phone call within a few days to see if everything has been taken care to your satisfaction. I mentioned the few bees I saw and they will do a follow up if I see anymore in the next few days. The bees I've seen are very slow which means they are not happy about what has happened to their homes. Yes, I would recommend this company, UltraPro to anyone.

I hired Ultrapro Pest Control to handle a major cleaning for one of my tenants; the result of a bad mouse infestation that had gone unchecked for too long. I already had the problem treated by another exterminator who did not offer this type of service. I called around everywhere to reach a fair price for the work and Mike came across as honest, and was highly willing to work with me. Not only did they do a great job, but they also managed to get somebody on-site the following morning on a last minute call. Overall top-notch service that I would highly recommend for any pest control problem!

Ultrapro responded promptly and solved a problem that my previous pest control company had come out for twice. Best guess is some mice or chipmunks have found a way into a wall of the house. Ultrapro listened to my issues, found a solution and will come back if the problem reoccurs. The service person was professional, personable and easy to work with as were all the people at Ultrapro. I highly recommend them.

They were great! Friendly helpful and attentive to our needs! Kyle was amazing he was kind and patient with my 84 year old Italian mother in law who is nervous He made he feel at ease and everything is going exactly as he said! I highly recommend them!

Kyle arrived on time and competently inspected my home for evidence of mice. (My three cats were useless, so I had to bring in professionals.) Kyle was thorough and I was very satisfied with his recommendations and how he addressed the problem I definitely would recommend this company.

Service reliable & friendly. The team was super easy to work with. To get the most from service do make sure you are educated on the difference between rodent removal and capture to properly set expectations on both sides. Very responsive!
