We saw thousands of bees corner of the house and coming inside of my house. I killed 10 of them and trying to find the pest control ungernt. They responded quickly and made an appointment asap. They came 7:30 am at first stop and solved problem professionally. I really appreciate them and recommend anyone who need a pest control service.

I have complete confidence in Ultrapro. They responded immediately to my request . Technician even showed me parts of the carpenter beesâ nest he addressed. He checked for termitesâ there were none. I now have a maintenance contract with Ultrapro.

This was first time ever having to deal with termites. I had a swarm in my basement. I spoke with Mike S. from Ultra and he asked to see some photos. He confirmed that they were termites. He was apparently very busy, but made the time to stop by that afternoon. He gave me a fair estimate and explained the entire baiting process to me. I received the proposal that afternoon and was scheduled for baiting that upcoming Tuesday. Christian the technician arrived at the time scheduled and was very professional. I am very satisfied with my experience with Ultra.

Cannot rate them high enough, they have the mouse process down to an engineered science. House is a complicated, 3 floor mess with virtually endless points of entry/exit and we had no idea where or why this was happening. They came in quick, cordial, did their procedure working tirelessly to cover every nook and cranny of 3 floors, even going into areas i told them not to squeeze into...and they were kind enough to explain the "why" for every step they took. They said to let them know if in 2 weeks anything was still there and they'd come back and take the next step. Its been two weeks and there's no there sign of anything left. You can't ask for more then this...If you're looking for honest and competent mouse service, just call them, agree to the plan, and get the problem out of your life for sure.

Contracted Ultra Pro for a rodent issue. Mike promptly responded to my house and found several entry points the rodents were using. His crew helped close the problem areas and exterminate the existing rodents. I would recommend Ultra Pro to anybody. They are knowledgeable, neat and reasonably priced.

It was easy to set up an appointment. The tech came on time and got right to work. He explained the cause of the infestation and what he would do to solve the problem. It has been 5 days since the service and we are bug/insect-free.

Ultrapro contacted me immediately and also fit me into their schedule immediately. The technician was good about explaining what exactly was being done and was understanding of my fear of mice!

Initially lined up on HA , $192.... desimone called and wanted $350 ..... took $200 and did a very poor job, no cleanup of droppings , only put traps down, was there less than an hour !!! new homeowner called, I emailed and called, no response! I will turn over to buyers attorney to get their satisfaction with a poorly executed job. this guy should not be on your site, a virtual criminal!

Our service technician was so knowledgeable and friendly! Knew what he was doing and answered all our questions.

I searched online for an exterminator and I called a few companies but Michael the owner was very friendly and helpful. I requested the service for my mother s house and the process was easy and very reasonable price compared to other companies. You will be very satisfied we their services I know we are. Called ultra pro due to seeing a few mice in my home.The technicians arrived within the provided timeframe. They were knowledgeable and knew exactly where to look/treat. I am so glad they were able to confirm there weren t any nests in my home. Looking forward to their follow-up. Also, the price came in lower than initially quoted. That s always a pleasant surprise. The price is awesome for the annual package which includes a long list of insects and spiders as well. 100% recommendation!
