Barry was headstrong. I felt I was overcharged for service. I called his office and asked to speak with him. I told him I was going through a rough time with my mother dying and my son moving across the state, and all he had to say to me was that he was going to drop me because he was losing money on my property because of all my leaves, and we had a contract until the end of November. He accused me of screaming at his secretary, which I did not do. He is one of the worst business people I have ever dealt with. He is just as rude as can be.

The owner of the company is my neighbor. He is very professional. He does what he says he would do and he is very prompt. He is not self involved; he has men who work for him. He is very particular about who he hires to do the work. They did some raking and used blowers. They dug up the area around the foundation as it tends to harden; they even put in a weed killer. They are very timely and they did a good job. Every thing looks so good and nice.

Very prompt, pleasant, responsive to my needs & concerns. There was one miscommunication on the type of gravel used (possibly my own fault, and as I wasn't present when it was installed, it was too late to do anything). In retrospect, I think it was just a little bit expensive given that the type of gravel/stone used was not what I was expecting.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY COME EVERY WEEK. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. WHEN THEY ARE DONE THEY DO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
