I called the night before at appx. 9 pm. Ralph was there the next day at 1:00 pm. Ralph was very responsive. He did a marvelous job. Ralph and his assistant Peter were 2 of the nicest people, which is comforting. He was professional in his manner a did a great job in completing the project

Ralph Maresca is a true professional and will thoroughly explore and explain the nature of your plumbing problems. He and his associate Pete were friendly, easy going and hard working. My problem was difficult and involved a leaking pipe over the ceiling. Ralph diligently explained my options, and adjusted his schedule and brought another associate to effectively deal with the problem. I recommend him highly.

Amazing! He was here within a couple hours and repaired the gas pipe fitting! Very professional, no nonsense and he was able to fix the problem right away!

Ralph and Peter arrived on time and started the work as scheduled. They examined the problem under sink and identified leakage at the pop up assembly where the drain attaches to the sink, not in the trap. The pop up assembly and extension tail piece in the sink were removed and replaced with new parts. They checked to make sure they had all the parts first. I observed that they knew exactly what to do and worked professionally and quickly to effectively finish the job. They tested the sink and the repairs. Then asked me to inspect what they did. They instructed me on using the sink stopper correctly to prevent damage, something I thought was helpful. No issues with clean up. The job went faster than I expected. I would hire them again.

Both jobs went well. Snaking the pipes in the yard was a bit difficul but they opened everything up and we have no more flooding. Faucet replacement was a bit difficult due to the small access space of the faucet.

Ralph and Peter are amazing. We bought an old house and found innumerable plumbing problems that the inspector missed. Ralph made sure to go through everything and make it seen manageable. We are working our way down the long list getting everything repaired and I know it is done correctly. When we had a unknown leak causing water to drip from the basement ceiling, he made himself available to check it out. Everything he does is done beautifully and he cleans up everything afterward. When larger jobs require other trades, he schedules them at the same time to complete the whole job so you don't have to be stuck with a hole somewhere or an unusable shower until you can get a contractor to finish the job. When he heard about our electrical troubles (and saw some for himself) he called his friend and then followed up with them to make sure it was taken care of. It is clear that Ralph is running his business so that he can make lifelong relationships with customers who will go back to him over and over. I highly recommend him.

Ralph is great. Extremely knowledgable and experienced. He is very fast at getting back to you for scheduling an appointment or discussing your issue over the phone. His pricing is also reasonable. I highly recommend calling him for any plumbing need.

I was extremely happy with the service. I’ve had a ceiling leak fixed 3 times over the years and every time the leaks continued. Ralph was able to spot the problem in a few minutes and permanently fixed the problem. He explained everything in detail. He and his team were very professional and most importantly very neat. I have since used Ralph for other projects. I always get a prompt call back and they show up on time. I can’t say that for many other home repair companies I have worked with. Ralph & Peter were first class from the first call, through to actual service delivery. Friendly, professional service with first class work throughout the various jobs they did for me, explaining everything along the way. Just as importantly, given the times, they took my families safety seriously and checked with us if we wanted them to wear masks etc. First class and would have no hesitation using them again nor recommending them to anyone.

Went very well. Ralph was super fast. Called me right away and set up an appt for me next morning. Ralph was very pleasant and friendly to deal with as well as his technician Joey. Due to their experience they knew exactly what to do and solved the problem within 25 minutes.

Had a slight plumbing emergency. Ralph showed up on time and completed what was needed quickly. Hope we won't need another plumber for a while but if we do we will call him again.

Ralph showed up on time. Did excellent job replacing water heater same day. They waited until new heater arrived. Very clean and quality job. They even provided trash removal company that picked up old water heater same day.

A plus - very trustworthy plumber I called Ralph to take a look at the leaking issues in our home, a 3 floor housing unit. Ralph was great to deal with. He called me back immediately and scheduled to come out the next day (it was a non-emergency request). He walked me through every step of his work and sent me pictures and videos since I could not be present. When I explained the work I needed done (a pipe leak that damaged the cabinet) he arraigned to have a carpenter come with him to take care of the rotted wood. I would highly recommend Ralph and would definitely hire him again.

Maresca Plumbing and his team responded with outstanding response time and professionalism during a time I experienced a severe water leak in my home. It was a overwhelming point in time and I felt assured the job was going to be handled correctly. It was also very comforting to see how clean and neat they worked. During an unfortunate time we are all going through with Covid-19, Maresca Plumbing and his employee's were all wearing masks and gloves and were very mindful of any items they had to touch to do their job correctly. Would absolutely hire again!
