This company was called Quick cooling & heating LLC. You can look it up in Google maps or yelp. They are basically scammers that had to change its name. If you go to their current website and look at contact usz you would notice the email is info@quickcooling .net

This past November, my hot water heater wasn't getting so hot so I spoke to Quick Serve Pro LLC (726 Fairfield Avenue, Kenilworth, NJ 07033) who sent out a technician to evaluate the problem. At first, they gave me a huge quote to replace the entire hot water heater. After three rounds of them giving me smaller estimates, they finally agreed to replace only the broken part. They asked for a credit card and sent me an agreement. After reading the agreement, I elected not to sign it and called them to tell them I didn't want to go forward with the work. However they ALREADY CHARGED my credit card $1119.57. I've been trying to get my money returned to me ever since last year. I call them weekly and harass their poor desk guy, Josh. I finally got to speak to a manager named Jackie. She refused to return my money because she says they ordered a very special part so they can't give me a refund. When I ask her where is this part, please send it to me, she says it's "somewhere buried in the back of the warehouse" and she'll have to find it and get back to me. Of course, she never calls back so I have to believe they have no intention of returning my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are running a DISHONEST BUSINESS and are a SCAM. They will immediately try to OVERCHARGE YOU and then STEAL YOUR MONEY without providing parts or service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED -- please don't get scammed like me!

This company charged premium pricing and instead of providing the system that was written into our contract, they switched it with a different brand, one which was of a lesser quality. This was all done w/o telling us. Instead, we found out after the units were installed. We were basically charged well above standard rates for such service and yet this company still tried to save a little extra money on our install. Just a completely unprofessional, bordering on unethical, experience working with this company.

The technician/plumber who showed up was essentially a salesman. His job was to inject fear and doubt and shake me down for the maximum money. I was quoted $2200 for a $250 job. I also paid $80 just for the estimation visit. His competitor came in, did the job for $250 and also explained how the problem arises and how to maintain for it and prevent future occurrences.

They replaced a failed condensation pump in one head unit of our split a/c system. The replacement worked well, in fact was quieter than our original one. The work was done professionally. I would recommend them.

We can call them in 24 hours so their responsiveness is good.
