+ -1 moreI called Otis Electric and the owner Jason, answered and came out that day to give us an estimate on recesses lighting, a new fan and new switches and outlets. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many different options to make our home even more beautiful. This guys knows his stuff, I felt very confident we would be doing business that day. During the installation Jason used drop cloths, cleaned up everything and was very meticulous not to disturb any ceiling paint or wall paint. It was also done in a timely fashion and that was important to us with 2 young children. I really can't find anything negative to say, it just went great. I will be using Otis Electric to upgrade our electrical panel and to install a transfer switch for generator use in the near future.

Description of Work: Had 110 volt lines added to two bedrooms. Jason had to wire from outside to run the lines, covered the wires and painted the areas where he had to go through the siding. He also dismantled the "antique" ceiling fan, rewired and installed a new fan I had purchased and added a remote control for easy use. He worked continuously for 7 hours, cleaned up the areas, took the old fan out to the curb with the packaging for the replacement. This was not an easy job due to the fact that this house is well over 100 yrs. old and has lines running off other lines. Jason stated that if I experienced any difficulties, he would return promptly to address my concerns. Needless to say, I feel very safe and secure in my home knowing that a true professional did the work. I will definitely use his services again.

+ 0 moreMy wife and I were very pleased with all of Jason's work. Not only was Jason very responsive (which is very important to us), but his work was done quickly and effectively. He is very knowledgable about his craft and even spent time with us to indentify future projects and provided us what the priority of those projects should be. Jason is very professional. detail oriented and does incredible work for a reasonable price. After completing all of his electric work under a very specific deadline, he took the time to clean up his work area and has continued to follow up with us to ensure customer satisfaction. Anyone that hire Jason and Otis Electric will be very happy with their decision.
Description of Work: Jason did all the electric work in my garage to allow for us to automate our garage doors, installed a ceiling fan in our bonus room, all of the electric in our pool house to support all of our pool renovations as well as installed the lighting in our pool and ceiling fan in our bedroom.
