Joe Rizzolo Plumbing

Description of Work: If they had an A+ that's the grade I'd give to Joe Rizzolo Plumbing. He recently took out the toilet in my bathroom so that I could tile the wall behind it. He just came back to put the toilet back for me too. He didn't charge me to do this since the toilet was a brand new power flush toilet that he just installed for me a short while ago. That's the kind of guy he is; one of the best people I have ever done business with. His work is fine, he's always on time He is Quick to do and he never Sticks you. He is fast, friendly and a real honest guy with old school values, The quality of his work is meticulous, he doesn't waste any time and always arrives to do a job when he says he will, Here is a perfect example. I was having trouble installing tile behind the toilet. I went to Lowes and bought a wax seal and then I called Joe and asked him if he could take the toilet off for me because I don't like to play with things I don't really know what to do with if I run into a problem. He said I'll stop by on my way home today around 4:30. He came to my door at 4:30 prompt; he knew where the toilet was since he had just installed it for me about 2 months prior and he knew what I wanted done so he had the tools he needed in his hand. I got a phone call and before I was off the phone Joe was saying see ya. I asked the person I was talking with to hold on one minuet. I shouted to Joe as he was leaving "Joe what do I owe you" He said Don't worry about it I made myself a cup of coffee and poured it into my container we're even and he laughed (I have a Keurig) In 3 minuets he had the toilet off and moved out of the bathroom and he even made a cup of coffee for himself and was leaving. That's the kind of relationship I have with everyone that does work for me. Mi casa es su casa is my philosophy. I can leave credit cards or diamond jewelry on top of furniture in plain site and never have a bit of concern. I just need to keep the coffee stocked. I love that guy and my electrician and my floor guy and my heating and cooling guy and my wallpaper hanger and painter and I'm not talking about that kind of love wise guy since I'm straighter than a snap line. I need a good cleaning lady (that can fit into the size 4 French Maid uniform < kidding). It's a shame you need to splain everything these days like splain =explain.

Description of Work: I used Joe Rizzolo Plumbing for a little leak in the shower.
