They are very good, discovered a minor problem. They came back and fixed it very promptly.

Mark was prompt, polite, courteous and extremely hard-working. He worked non-stop for hours on a carpet that hadn't been cleaned in approx. 2 years and where a Golden Retriever had lived amongst a family. He got stains out of the carpet that other carpet cleaners in previous years had not gotten out. He made the upholstered chair look like new. The carpet is rejuvenated! He was amazing! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Came on time had all the needed equippment pretreated the carpet which  was  very  heavily soiled gave their best to get the stains and was able to remove the stains.carpet looks great and rooms smells much better. moved the furniture and place pads under the feet of the furniture  so the air would flow to help dry the rug

I told them i needed to have it installed before my daughter's baby shower and it came in early and was installed very quickly.  The next day there were a few bubbles in the carpet and they were back that afternoon to fix it.  I am extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Purchase was easy and friendly. Salesperson was helpful. 1st installation was painful. One of the two installers had a family emergency and was on the phone most of the time. As a consequence, they did not finish until 9:30 pm that night. However, they did a very good job and actually pointed out a flaw in one of the carpets. The next day, when I called to report the flaw, they sent someone out within a couple of days to take photographs. they called back a few days after that and made an apointment to replace the defective carpet with no prodding on my part. The second set of installers were actually a little early, replaced the carpet in a couple of hours and were very professional. I am very satisfied with the result and chalk up the problems to bad luck. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent job, very professional and very nice. Not only cleaned the stairs and runners, but gave good advise.

They were good, nice and they help you make choices but not pushy to sell you something. The price was good.

They arrived on time, took the rugs, and redelivered clean rugs on time.  They placed the rugs and moved my furniture as I instructed.  One of the rugs had the fringes removed and was re-bound at the edges.  It all came out nicer than we thought it could be.

Four men worked consistently and thoroughly from 9:30 Am to 2:15 pm. The workmanship was extremely professional. I have use G. Fried before and will certainly use them again.

Two men showed up on time and took about two hours.  One chair was badly soiled – they got it cleaned.  They gave me instructions how to clean other chairs in the house.
