Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. They came to take measurements when they said they would come, and delivered and installed the carpet as we had agreed. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Dealing with Michelle was great and the carpet and installation was a very good value. However, the crew was a bit rough on the new paint job, with marks on the walls, trim, and even the ceiling. In their defense, it was a third floor room, full of furniture with nowhere to put it, but I can't give them an A.

The carpet showroom, delivery, and installation was completely professional. They were very helpful, communicated all phases of the transaction from sale to installation in a most informative manner. They were very neat and respectful of our home.

Gentlemen were early, introduced themselves, worked well together, very professional. From start to finish the job was completed within 45 minutes. They moved furniture to another room, disconnected the computer and made sure everything was put back where I wanted it.

Found on Angie's List and gave extra discount. On time and cleaned up after the job was complete. Excellent!

Roy understood what we wanted, sold the right product, and provided excellent post-sale support. Eric, the installer, did an outstanding job in all respects: Ours is an old house with lots of corners and quirks. The job required expertise and patience. In spite of this the workmanship was flawless; there was no rushing to get the job done and run off to the next one. Would use them again without hesitation.

They did a great job and gave me a discount as an Angie's List member. I would recommend them. When I called they got right back to me and they prompt picking the rugs up and dropping off.

Mark was prompt, polite, courteous and extremely hard-working. He worked non-stop for hours on a carpet that hadn't been cleaned in approx. 2 years and where a Golden Retriever had lived amongst a family. He got stains out of the carpet that other carpet cleaners in previous years had not gotten out. He made the upholstered chair look like new. The carpet is rejuvenated! He was amazing! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Came on time had all the needed equippment pretreated the carpet which was very heavily soiled gave their best to get the stains and was able to remove the stains.carpet looks great and rooms smells much better. moved the furniture and place pads under the feet of the furniture so the air would flow to help dry the rug

I told them i needed to have it installed before my daughter's baby shower and it came in early and was installed very quickly. The next day there were a few bubbles in the carpet and they were back that afternoon to fix it. I am extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
