The experience was enlightening. We didn't think service, reliability and installation experience were still to be had in this country. I almost wish we had more rooms to carpet so we could go through the day again.

I chose this company from your list and was very pleased. They honored the price they quoted over the phone even though the rug was larger than I thought. The entire staff was cheerful and helpful. My very soiled dining room rug came out almost perfectly clean even after 14 years, five grandchildren and five pet abuse.

Excellent! Great selection of styles to choose from and the team was very patient in helping us to choose the right pattern and then design a border for it.

The woman who took my call was very nice. She explained to me how they were going to clean the rugs. They helped me move everything to get to the rugs and helped me move it back. They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Large couch, over sized club chair and scotch guarding. They even called after the work was done to verify everything was fine.

They held the carpet for us while we did repairs to the room and they said to just give them a call a few days before we needed it and they would deliver it. Karastan was on sale in May. I went in and gave them a deposit to hold my carpeting so I would get the sale price. I picked out carpeting and they held it until September when they installed it. They were very nice. They came when they said. Afterwards I called back because there was a small area that needs to be kicked out and they have already made an appointment to come out October 1. No problems. My mother has bought from G Fried for years and years. I went from store to store and he was the cheapest of all the prices. They were nice people to deal with.

THEY ARE EVERY BIT AS EXCELLENT AS I HOPED THEY WOULD BE. THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT RESPONSE TIME. THEY ARE VERY ADAMANT ABOUT THEIR QUALITY OF WORK. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB.

THERE WERE CHEAPER COMPANIES OUT THERE, BUT I DOUBT THE QUALITY OF WORK WOULD HAVE BEEN NEAR AS GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
