Painters arrived on time. They power-washed the exterior of the house onto first day. The painting (two coats) was done in the next two full days. The workers were professional. The end result was excellent.

Very pleased with the work the crew from Certapro did on my house. This job required paint matching, and also fixing some defects in the walls. The paint matching was great, the crew worked quickly/efficiently, and the result was excellent. I was particularly concerned about the finished trim-work getting paint on it, and with all the doorways, crowns, baseboard and such, I did not see any place where the finish trim had paint on it. Well done!

The guys were very quiet and respectful and kind. In fact, my 5 month old took two naps with no prob even while they worked outside the nursery door. The work was pretty solid, though there are a handful of little spots that weren't completely perfectly done. And this is a great value considering the other painters we had for estimates.

Representative was freindly I arrived on time. I thought the whole process was very mechanical and tied in to the Certa system of estimates. I did not feel comfortable that my concerns were understood. There was never any follow up after the initial meeting to see if I had any questions or concerns.

I hired CertaPro to paint the wooden trim on the front of my house. The painting crew was very professional and friendly. I was very happy with the results. They really accommodated me by scheduling the job after the house was scheduled to be power-washed.

horribly wrong. They were suppose to sand the peeling paint on the portico and paint it. It was sanded so much that the metal corners used to shape the edges are showing now, there are streaks on the front of the portico!! After inuring as what can be done to correct the issues, I was told it should be replaced by a wooden structure!! First of all why continue job that you believe is waste of clients money? Who said there are no cement or stucco porticos out there!!! The manager came by, left his card, had to call him and he said he is not sure if he can meet my expectations!!!! Covering the metal corners, fixing the dips and imperfections in the finish and painting to cover stripes are too much to ask for 900 dollars and 40 sq feet????!!!

We contracted Certa Pro on 7-24-13 and they came on 8-15-13 to do the job. They arrived on time, did a good job and cleaned up well after themselves. Almost a year later all they did is still looking good. I would recommend them and would use again.

They were thoughtful about deciding which paint color to use. I thought their prices were a little expensive but it was reasonable. They did good quality work and I've been happy with the service. I'm having them out for another work but they haven't responded yet. I would certainly recommend them.

Tino came to our home in October 2012 to give us an estimate for the exterior painting of our home. Tino was very knowledgable and professional and at no time attempted to talk us into any more than what we needed. At that time we thought we still had time to get the job done, and Tino said if we accepted the proposal in a couple of days he could have the job done before the season made it impossible. A few days later Hurricane Sandy visited New Jersey and all plans were put on hold until the following Spring or Summer, and Tino said if we accepted the proposal and just stated the approximate start date the proposal would be honored. Late May I called and arranged to have Tino come back out to check things over (just in case there was damage that was not there before) and he scheduled a crew to come out as soon as another job was completed. He did send a job foreman out, however I questioned his insistence about needing additional coats of paint in a few areas. When I called Tino he told me he was sending out another crew anyway as he needed the first man for another job. Within the week the crew was there and prepping the house for power washing. The foreman introduced himself and the other members of his crew, and he always any concerns or questions I had in a polite and professional manner. After this was done it was another couple of days before they returned. That particular time period brought several days of heavy rain and winds, which made it necessary to wait. Apparently this affected many jobs and so we were kept informed as to when they would return. Since we were in no rush this caused no problems for us. There was one issue with one of the stains we had chosen, however it was a minor issue (not the fault of anyone from CertaPro) and it was easily and quickly resolved. When work began they worked quickly and efficiently and their progress was evident at all times. They always cleaned up after each work day and left no debris around the property upon leaving for the day. Due to the rains the entire job was a bit fragmented, however the job was still done quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate to use CertaPro Painters again, and we have already mentioned them to a few friends.

The experience was excellent from estimate through completion of the work. Tino was very responsive and able to meet my short timeline. He provided a very thorough estimate and description of the work to be done. His crew was very professional and their work was excellent. When they left at the end of the day everything was clean and in order. Tino responded promptly to any requests and resolved minor issues to my satisfaction.

The painting was done well. Unfortunately, I really disliked the color I picked. I called them that night and the next day they came to repaint it a darker color that i like without recharging us. Definitely will use them again.

Tino came and we walked around the house. I told him I was only looking to "maintain" the house. So we both agreed to tackle the areas of the exterior where paint was "peeling". The price quoted was reasonable. The two man crew was professional and I thought they did a reasonable job. During the final walk around after they finished, I notice a section where the down spout (gutter) was not painted and the crew took care of right away. Overall, a no hassle experience.

My front door was badly worn and in need of repainting. I called several contractors for estimates. Although Certa Pro was not the lowest price, Tino was honest with me and told me that since it was a fibreglass door, that re-staining it would most likely not lead to the best results. Other contractors made no mention of this. I decided to have the door painted rather than stained which ended up being about half the cost. I had a short window to get the job done due to starting a new a job and not being able to take time off. Certa-Pro squeezed me in and got the job done within 1 week despite bad weather for most of the week. On the day of the job, the painter showed up and did a clean thorough job. No mess. Pefect edges. Door looks great. I would definitely hire Certa-Pro again.

They painted the interiors and the trims. The service went very well. They do quality work and they are professional. They are very positive and easy to work with. They had great communication.

Everything went great. I have no complaints. They were a little bit on the pricey side but were willing to negotiate. I would use this company again.

They are relatively expensive, but they did a very nice job for us. I thought they were very professional and performed quality work.

We ended up going with a different provider because of cost.
