+ -1 moreWe experienced the owner (the one w/ the dog in the store) as irritable and quite unprofessional. His dog he keeps inside the store scared me and other customers (especially kids) but he seemed insensitive to that. His prices varied depending on the mood he was in and seemed inpatient most of the time.

+ -1 moreI THINK THAT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE IN THEIR PRICES AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THEY MADE SURE TO DO ALL OF THE WORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE CARPET IN TWO BEDROOMS, THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, FAMILY ROOM, AND STAIRWAY.
