I hired Erik of Pipeworks Plumbing and Heating to install a new sump pump with a water-powered backup system and also to replace some parts on two toilets. He did a great job and went out of his way to may sure the job was done perfectly! I highly recommend Erik and Pipeworks Plumbing and Heating!

Eric has resolved all my issues on short notice and kind enough to do a small j extra job under sink for me and did not charge me extra. Answered emails or calls promptly. Would certainly recommend to friends of mine . Thanks goodness thereâ s still few good honest ones around! Thank you!!

Eric fixed EVERYTHING, including the things the other plumber did not do correctly. He cleaned up perfectly after he finished, and followed up with a call to make sure we were pleased.....which we were! We will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to others. :)

He apologized for coming early which was okay. Looked over project and made necessary repairs. I will use him for future repairs.

Very responsive and prompt. From the initial contact to getting the work done all done like a clockwork. Cost was a bit more than expected but given the promptness and quality of work it was worth it.

Hired this company to install a fire place insert and fix a leaking bathroom and paid half the amount as deposit. One and a half day project project turned into month and a half with occasional visits from Erik. Fireplace insert was not installed and we ended up with a hole in the ceiling that I had to pay additional money to hire some one else. Multiple attempts to contact All Pipeworks team were unsuccessful.

When our older kitchen sink faucet started to leak and the shutoff valve failed (and ultimately had to be replaced), we were concerned that we couldn't get a person to come in and fix it at a reasonable price. Not only did Erik call us back promptly on a summer Friday afternoon, he came over, diagnosed the problem, and gave recommendations for a replacement fixture. He came as promised the next morning and installed the new fixture and replaced the old mineral encrusted valve. Thanks, Erik.
