The person named Mark came and spend more then one our messing with wiring in the AC unit and the heater unit. He finally concluded that the compressor has to be replaced, took $65.00 for "diagnostic" and gone. My friend recommended another professional and he came the same day as I called. He restored the wiring, tightened some screws and AC started to work. It cost me only $100.00.

Unprofessional. Late. Argumentative. Stay away.

I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with the job. Lousy job and terrible work, he was a crook and I guess Home advisor does not care if it is customers. I did want to rat .5 stars but it will not let me give zero stars which is what this company deserves I had a line leak which Mark the technician who serviced my home said was repaired using an additive that was added to the line and is supposed to seal the line from the inside out. I was assured that this would work, but 4 weeks later I was having a problem still and had to call another company to come and tell me that I had a leak that was supposedly fixed by air quest? Terrible, terrible quality of work they would not respond to my requests for help or a remedy to my situation. I paid for a service and did not receive that service. I regret my decision to hire them and would encourage others to definitely shop around and chose a company that actually does the job correctly. one that takes time to actually locate and seal the leak. I was misled and misinformed and apparently the sealant is not even authorized to be used residentially, I guess they need the money so bad they want to cheat customers.

I was very pleased with Mark Karagach service, he is honest and very helpful answering the doubts in a professional manner. Great service will use them again if any problem with my central Ac.

It was a pleasure working with Air Quest Technologies. The technician, Mark, who came was extremely pleasant, gave lots of helpful information, and taught me a great deal about my central air conditioning unit. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family as well as hire them again in the future.

Mark has great attitude, experience and skills. Knows how to troubleshoot, does not rush, calls back, follows up, and overall is a 5* contractor in my experience. The job was furnace troubleshooting, and repairs. I did not yet hire him yet for furnace replacement that I want to do, but this is probably what will come next, subject to other factors. I highly recommend Mark

I strongly recommend Mark to anyone who had first time A/C breakdown of the house on a hot day and had no clue what went wrong. He was the first person who replied my request through home advisor. We diagnosed the problem in the first trip and replaced the overheated compressor on the very next day. He is professional, knowledgable and offered very reasonable price. I can't be happier about the overall experience.

I need to repair my air condition system but really don't know which company is the best. After making several phone calls to different companies. I realized Air Quest Technologies has the best attitude and good manners. Mark from Air Quest is one of the best technicians I have ever met. He's full of energy to accept any challenges. As a refrigeration expert with 30+ years experience, Mark offered multi practical options for us to choose. If my frds need to repair or install any refrigeration systems, Air Quest would be the only firm I would like to recommend.
