Mark and his fellow technician were absolute pros. Asked great questions, listened very well and then thoroughly examined my non-functioning furnace. While another company tried and failed, they quickly found the problem and I am now back up and running. Also extremely fair and thoughtful regarding the cost, which turned out to minor. The only HVAC company I am ever going to use now is Air Quest.

We hired Airquest to fix our HVAC system in Sept of 2018. The technician named Mark seemed unsure as to the problem, as he was on his phone the whole time he was there. He replaced a circuit board in the unit telling me the circuit board was brand new. Two days later the unit broke again, so I called Mark he came back and replaced the pressure switch telling me this should fix the issue. A day later the unit broke again I called Mark he said **you are going to have to fix it your self hire someone else. I said fine but refund me the work, he declined. Upon hiring a true expert he discovered the board was not brand new, covered in dust and dirt and indeed faulty. He replaced the board and the unit is working great. I called Air Quest i spoke to Mark and asked for a refund on the board, and he said, sue me the board is fine. I spoke with office manager who asked that I send the board back to her at which point she would provide a full refund. Which they never did and now they will not return my phone calls. I am certain Mark was unsure what the fix would have been and was unwilling to help, and they kept my money.

The pro did not do a good job but made some urgent fix with no satisfactory, we were looking for a permanent fix and his expectations. Pricing a wee high for the temporary fix.

A little expensive but fixed the issue with AC.

Customer service was excellent. The secretary responded immediately and did the best she could to have the technician come out in a timely fashion. The technician NEVER even went to the condensing unit where, as it turned out, the problem was. He said it was the circuit breaker (which it wasn't) there was a loose wire in the condensing unit. He said he wasn't licensed to do electrical work, but the secretary said they are. I ended up having my electrician fix the problem. He even said that the HVAC guy should have been able to fix the issue.

After getting 2 estimates and being told i needed a new air duct system , I decided to go to Home Advisors and I immediately received a call from Air Quest. I was honestly skeptical, but hopeful. The owner came the next day and looked in the attic and immediately figured out the problem. It had nothing to do with the Air Duct system. It was a very easy fix. I am shocked that I almost spent $5,000.00 on a job that was $150.00 Thank you so much for your honesty and for getting my air conditioner running again. I will now be using this company for all of my A/C needs.
