+ 3 moreDO call Neil for small jobs. Do not call him for painting (which he readily admits is not his forte) or anything that requires fine detail or delicate things.
Description of Work: I have used Neil Harding for small handyman jobs around the house for about 6 years. He is an old fashioned guy who believes that it is usually better to fix something than to toss it. I call him for small jobs such as fixing a leaking toilet, installing a mailbox, fixing a wheel on a snowblower, fixing a lamp, etc. I usually give him batches of things like that and the bill is always reasonable. Sometimes he points out things that need fixing and handles it without clobbering you with another bill. His prices are always reasonable and he arrives when he says he will.

+ -1 moreHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. HE ALWAYS CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE IS VERY NICE TO US EVERY TIME HE IS HERE AND HE CAN FIX ALMOST ANYTHING. WE REALLY LIKE HIM.
Description of Work: HE REPLACED A BROKEN WINDOWS AND HE REWIRED A COUPLE OF LAMPS.
