They Came out for estimate for a repair, and very generous with time, and information. Did not try to sell, in fact quite the opposite. (Sam offered that my repair effort did prior day probably worked, but offered tip on covering them). Discussed perhaps whole new roof in few years, but they offered my roof looked good and pending installation may in fact last many years. Gave suggestions about some wet fascia boards in different area of house over garage. So speaks loudly for honesty I believe, and very generous with time. Was very nice and seemed to care.

They were very responsive to my first request and sent someone out the next day for an estimate. They scheduled the repair and kept me informed of the progress.
