Description of Work: Attempted to contact Cascio for an end of season leaf removal and yard clean-up. After saying many times he would do it, he never set up a time to get the job done. Then, ignored messages to reach him. If you can't do a job, just say so. As it was, I wasted days waiting for his response. Wouldn't recommend based on his unprofessional response.

Description of Work: I used Frank for basic property maintenance. Leaf clean up and general up keep of my property. Frank is a pleasure to deal with and does great work.

+ 0 moreFor a reasonable price all of the bushes and trees on the property were trimmed. A few small trees were also taken down and a general clean up was done. We were very happy with the result. He also graded the soil out on the side of our house. The work is always high quality at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Frank and his guys cleaned up our property that was allowed to become overgrown by the previous owners.

+ -1 moreCascio is a exceptional operation that combines expertise in both landscaping and masonry. It started with expert help envisioning what would look best in our back yard. They were on time, courteous, clean, hard working and did a spectacular job. The result is beautiful and a source of ongoing pleasure as we enjoy our back yard 3x more than before. Cascio followed up a half dozen times or more to check on and trim the arbor vitaes; and to aerate, seed, fertilize, water the lawn damaged by moving in the Bobcat, setup and paving stones. They are exceptional for quality, price and dependability. And they still come by (2 mos later) to see if everything is working out OK!
Description of Work: Puchased and planted six beautiful 9' arbor vitae trees in a custom-built berm; Installed two magnificent paver patios of 500+ sq ft in back yard; Uprooted flower beds, large prickly piracantha bush; successfully transplanted rose bush and peony bush; Reseeded, fertilized, etc. and successfully repaired all damage to lawn due to building the patios
