John and Bill were easy to work with and quick to respond. They came to my property within a day of contacting them. They were always available for questions. Finished job expediently and did the job as contracted. No hidden costs as some contractors do once they have your job. Trustworthy and professional. Highly recommend them.

This is my second review of Bill and John at Quick Septic. Had a septic system installed last year. They did a great job with terrific follow up. Weâ re selling the house this year and had a few things that needed to be addressed. They were quick to assist and communication was outstanding. As the former Director of Customer Service at JCP&L, great customer service is paramount, not just during the sale but afterwards. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks again gentlemen. They did great work and fast too. All the guys were friendly and really knew what they were doing. They also had a great working relationship with the inspector and engineer which is critical when installing or repairing a septic system.

One of the worst things you can hear as a homeowner are the words, â You need a new septicâ , Quick Septic made the process of installing an entirely new septic system possible with little stress. John and Bill are super communicative, diligent, professional, hard working and not to mention kind. Bill, John and Keith showed up to the house each morning on time, and worked the entire day to make sure our septic was complete in 5 days. They walked us through what was being done each day and answered any questions we had (and we had a lot of them). Bill was answering my texts on weekends and evenings and John was answering emails off hours as well. We didnâ t make Bill, John and Keithâ s life easy with an ejector pump that had to be moved, and installing new pipes under foundation and the driveway . To make things more complicated we have a driveway that is really steep. Dealing with large equipment and a steep driveway is anything but easy. Nothing scared them away, and they didnâ t over charge us for the job being more difficult (other companies wanted to). They worked quickly and professionally to get the job done in time for the closing of our home. Not only were we very impressed with their work ethic but we also were impressed with how the yard looked when they were complete, (and they even grate, seed and hay the area). We were going through a very stressful time and Quick Septic made the installation of a new septic system less stressful.

They are easily the fastest and best septic system installers around. They were excellent to deal with and they are no nonsense. However; When they are finished with the job, make sure you plant your own grass seed because the cheap junk they planted is the worst grass Iâ ve ever seen in my life. With that said, Iâ m still giving them five stars for being so good and fast

I was very impressed and pleased with the quick septic team. They are honest professionals that care about doing great work. They told me the right time to install the system in order to reduce the impact to the landscape. They completed the job within 5 days and kept the system running, so my family did not experience any disruptions in our day to day. They protected my driveway by working in manner that reduced the impact of trucking materials over many trips. They worked with my Engineer to ensure the installation was per the designed and in accordance with the department of healthâ s requirements. From the start to finish Quick Septic LLC was outstanding to work with. Bill and John are awesome and they helped me through the whole process by setting me up with the civil engineer and the surveyor. They are no nonsense and are one of the most professional companies I ever did business with. They have an awesome crew also. AND they were the cheapest around too. If youâ re getting a septic installed or repaired, this is DEFINITELY the company you want to use . Five stars is not enough for a company thatâ s this good.

Quick Septic really lived up to their name. We needed a new septic field installed quickly and they went above and beyond in several ways. It was very clear their experience allows them to interact very well with the engineer and the town inspector to get an excellent time frame for completion. They even worked in the rain to get our project done on time. We could not be more satisfied with the price and effort that was afforded to us on this project and we will always be suggesting them to anyone who asks us who to call for a septic system.

I want to come on here and recommend Quick Septic. A company with the best prices and their quick services, just like their name. I needed to move . And in 1 week they had it all done. (Seems like a joke right?) but no this is real, a wonderful job. It was a pleasure working with bill. Trust me, you wonâ t regret contracting them.

For a 203K loan, Quick Septic was hired for an all-inclusive septic install which included crushing the old tank and putting in a new tank. There was nothing quick about it. Our septic was failing upon buying the home, but it was months until Quick Septic was able to get permitted and actually do the work. Then, it was another few months before they made any attempt to finish the yard. The septic itself is fine, the yard still remains a mess. They claimed that it was "too early to seed" yet everyone around us getting septics was seeding and new grass was growing like crazy - we waited and waited and had to get our lawyers involved to get the work done. They took the money and RAN and did a shoddy job on the yard.

I have to honestly say, I do not write reviews often and the only time I do is when I have just have an exceptional experience. Well, Quick Septic has provided that for me. Bill and John were AMAZING!!! I had just brought my house and had no clue what to do and they made the process of installing a new septic easy for me. And trust me, my septic system was not an easy job to do, but Bill and John made it seem easy. I cannot say enough GREAT things about them or give them enough stars. They just made my experience a pleasure. Like others have stated, they were efficient, friendly, fair, thorough, and did not waste any time. THEY REALLY WERE QUICK!!! My septic was installed faster than the other service professionals could keep up with them. Not to mention, they really do represent you and go to bat for you with other service professionals to make sure they are fair and doing right by you. I truly appreciated their professionalism, but also appreciated the fact they really were down to earth and really cool guys!!! I am so thankful that I chose them out of several other companies I sent RFP's. These guys really do take care of you and I really wish they did more services because I would hire them over and over. I was just that happy with them. I would highly recommend them without reservation to anyone who needs septic work done. They are truly worth the investment. Thank you Quick Septic!!!

John and Bill were great. They stayed in communication with me and made sure I knew what was going on. They were helpful with my 203k loan project. Once they came it was done very quickly. Overall I am very happy as a new homeowner to have my septic install done smoothly and quickly! I would definitely recommend.

There really fast , faster then expected

John, Bill and Keith were great! I honestly would recommend them to anyone that needs any septic work done, especially if you have a 203k loan and have no idea what the heck youâ re doing lol. I reached out to them in January 2021 because the house my husband and I were buying needed a completely new septic system and we saw that they had experience with 203K loans which is what we had with our lender. From the beginning, they have both been more than helpful, explaining pretty much every detail along the way since I had no idea what a 203K loan entailed. John answered the phone no matter when I called/texted him and asked him my 5000 questions, and it never seemed to be a bother. Iâ m also extremely pleased with how our backyard looks after being completely ripped out.. it doesnâ t even look like it was touched. Thank you all for exceptional service and explaining everything along the way, itâ s much appreciated!

Bill, John and Keith made this a very pleasant experience. They were efficient, friendly, fair, thorough, and did not waste any time. Our septic was installed in three days and on the fourth day our yard was groomed and ready for final inspections. We are so thankful that we chose them out of the five other companies we researched and interviewed. The main reason that made us choose their company was how quickly they install their systems. No other company could come close to their timeframe as they commit themselves to starting and completing one job at a time, rather than working on multiple homes at the same time over the course of several months . We would highly recommend them without reservation.
