AMA ROOFING & SIDING LLC

Work was not done because of miscommunication Jorge did not respond to the text (He) requested from me for the information about the address and tenant contact information he wanted from me. I found his company on Angies list and contacted him by phone on Friday 04/26/2019. I need a dormer roof repair and he said if I would text him the information he wpuld call on that Friday and set up an appointment for some time Saturday to look at the job and he was supposed to call the tenant Friday and set up the appointment. I got a call from the tenant late Saturday morning asking me what time he was coming because he was not going to be home after $:00. I called Jorge on Saturday morning an he informed me that he did not receive my text even though my phone said it had been sent. He became belligerent after I questioned him about the text and told me to find another contractor. He was extremely unprofessional. I even sent another text to him so I could make sure it went through. He did not respond to that one either. Sometimes we can make mistakes in life but to be sooo!!! angry was not called for
