Very prompt, courteous, and efficient. Returned my call within 10 minutes, came the same day to give me an estimate, and took care of the tree I needed trimmed the next day. Very satisfied.

After a bit of discussion and checking the contract, they realized that they needed to do more trimming of the trees on my property. Overall a good job. Would use them again.

Ticos came within 5 days of the call and were very prompt and professional. The foreman Mike was detailed oriented and understood exactly what I wanted to do to our tree and I had them remove an arborvitae bush (they removed the whole root ball also) and trimmed my bushes next to the patio and turned an over grown group of very tall (10ft) arborvitaes into a beautiful hedge. They also treated the top of the hedge so they wont get any disease. Overall a fantastic job. They were also very reasonable as far as the cost.

Tico’s Was fantastic to work with. They were very responsive and courteous. The tree to be removed required the use of a crane. The tree was over 100 feet and within 8 feet from the house. Amazing how they negotiated the bucket and crane trucks into the back yard. I would highly recommend Tico’s. Last comment they were reasonably priced

Tico's was by far the best tree service company with whom we've ever dealt. They were professional, easy to reach, worked efficiently and quickly, and their prices were reasonable.

Estimate and the invoice price didn't - they added a 3% credit card fee to the invoice price, with no prior acknowledgement. I'm currently disputing that with my credit card company, I've called the tree service many times, and am unable to resolve it amicably.

They removed a very large tree and did an excellent job at a fair price.

I am sure their intentions are good and they ultimately came and did the work. However, the scheduling was very concerning to me. They called me several times to ask what day I wanted to schedule the work and I had already had a date reserved... or so I thought. They also re-scheduled on me once. They were a good value at what they charged, The last call I received from them today as a matter of fact 7.11.18, they called me looking for balance of payment. In my haste, I gave her a credit card as I truly did not remember if I paid or not, sure enough, not only did I pay, the presented the check payment.

Obnoxious, non-competitive, thinks he has no competition. People working for him are also the same.

Good job cleaning up and hauling away. They had to remove some fencing and plants to complete the job. The job was completed professionally, the fence was re-installed as if it was never touched (great job), but they forgot to replant the flowers. However overall great job.

They were fast. Four guys cleaned up two huge fallen (lying on my roof) pine trees in 4 hours.

These guys came and did the job and removed the stumps and cleaned up after they were done! I am going to hire the same guys to plant my new trees!

Alfredo, Leo, Michael, Julio and Henry were EXCELLENT. Our 85+ year old Rockefeller sizeChristmas tree crashed down on our home during a wind storm on 3/2/18. I researched businesses in the area and Alfredo contacted me immediately, came out, provided a written estimate and provided a copy of insurance immediately (note: we had others provide quotes but nothing in writing or proof of insurance). They arrived the next morning as promised and completed the job without knocking down powerlines. They cleaned up everything and took all the debris away. I was truly impressed with their synchronized team work, knowledge of how to get the job done. Tools, trucks, chippers, cranes, chainsaws- they had it all and were skilled professionals. I would recommend them to anyone.
