I would rate them 10 stars if I could. Tico and his team were pleasant, efficient, hard working and conscientious. They did the job quickly and cleaned up after the tree was removed. I would call them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Tico does Phenomenal work. That I will not take away from his team. The weather did not cooperate with us at all, so the project took longer then normal. With that being said, the problem was trying to get in touch with them to get a status of the project. Alfredo never picked up the phone, we always had to leave a message. He complained, that we had him waiting for 1 month before he can start the project. But we couldn't get the money and wanted to pay him on schedule rather then doing IOU. We wanted him to start when we had the money and he was aware of that. In short, customer service sucked!

Please stay away from this company. I hired then to install sod, a fence, interlocking pavers and do landscaping and it was a nightmare. First ... the customers service is horrible. The owner never calls you back unless he wants a payment and after I complained about the finished product ... I haven't heard from him. The project should have taken a 2 to 3 weeks max ... it took over a month because they have so many other projects that you are always last. They installed brown and dead sod on my lawn and have not replaced it. It took me entire day to clean my property after they left. They hid concrete in my basement windows. Never again!

He gave me a firm price per sq. ft. As the project proceeded I made changes which increased the size of the job. At the end there were no question about the final price. It was the same per sq. ft. that he quoted. He showed up when he said he would and completed in a timely manner. He cleaned up before leaving. I would recommend them. All the other quotes were a total price for the original planned project. I can imagine the hassles we would have had because of my change in size of project.

They did a good job, but they didn't go the extra mile.

Alfredo, his brother Henry and the crew did an excellent job on my patio. They are very responsive to our request during the construction. My wife and I are very happy with the result. I am not hesitating to refer them to any of my friends. Actually, I already referred him to my friend who might start a major renovation.

SO far so good...The "contract" is for the season...After one major snow Tico's has proven to be a top-notch snow-removal outfit.
