I called Roca and Associates the day after the March 2017 blizzard for snow removal and even though they were super busy, they squeezed me in and cheerfully did an amazing job! * And thanks so much for cleaning off my car - a surprise bonus!

Initially did a good job. Asked them back a 2nd time, they said they would come...never did. Asked them why and they wanted more money. Untrustworthy, unreliable, inconsistent pricing. Don't hire them.

On time, quality workmanship.

Roca was very professional and his price and work were outstanding. In finish our driveway in the timetable quoted. He met our expectations. For any future projects; he will be the 1st contractor on my list to call.

Roca was easy to work with and really accommodating. They did a great job with snow removal on our property, and with very little notice.

Roca's men did a great job on repairing my fence and decking. So good in fact that I had him replace my patio as well. The only problem being it can take a little longer than you expect to have the work completed. However I do look forward to hiring Roca again for other jobs.

My mother's house in Maplewood needed her exterior limestone steps replaced as they were crumbling and the side wall reinforced. Roca and Associates came out quickly and did a great job repairing the steps. It looks wonderful. The crew was friendly and Mr. Roca gave a good price. I highly recommend them. Friendly crew, good wood work and mason work. They build a 500sqf patio that we had designed and made a new door in concrete foundation. Good knowledge and good price for project. Few finishing details got adjusted which I would assume is normal for a big project. Would post pictures as finished project looks great. Using Roca and crew on an inside project today and will review once completed.

I have worked with Roca on a number of asphalt, concrete and paver projects over the past three years. In my experience, he and his team do excellent work at a price that is more than fair. I would highly recommend him.

Quick, efficient, and arrived on time

Hired Roca to do my sidewalk, driveway, and patio. Sidewalk and driveway were done at the same time. Insisted I paid cash for the work. No problem. - The sidewalk hasn't even been done for a month and it's already peeling, poor attention to detail. Also, they left a mess of rubble from the demo and tried to shovel into the front lawn. Left the mess behind. Took them half a day to clean it up, and they only chose to do so after I withheld payment. - The machine he used for the driveway spilled oil on the street. When I asked him about this, he said it was because the machine was broken. Why would you use a broken machine? He went on to try to explain that the oil was only on the street, and since it wasn't on anybody's property it wasn't a problem. I disagreed and asked him to clean it up. Took him days to decide to clean the mess. There were asphalt chips scattered throughout the area (basement window sill, back lawn, etc.), never cleaned up. - When I called to inform him he wouldn't be doing our patio and I would be writing a review, the phone rang twice, then was ended on the other end. Subsequent calls were also ended without him picking up. Essentially, he refused to answer = an admission of guilt. Sloppy, careless, unprofessional work. I have photos and proof to verify all of my claims. At least the sidewalk is flat and the driveway is smooth. We'll see how they hold up over the winter.

Mr Roca & his crew did a great job here at my home ... painting rooms , staining doors , touch up work outside , leveled & stained my back deck ... re-enforced my basement wall , stopping a small pestering leak that i had ... overall , outstanding , all very nice fellows , neat , congenial & on time .. they will be doing more work for me & I highly recommend them to all my friends ! joe s west ornage nj
