I hired Roca and Associates to replace some rotten wood on my front porch. They met with me to discuss the job very quickly, and successfully completed the job in the next few days. They were easy to work with throughout. The work was done well. I will be hiring them for the next jobs on my list.

They were very courteous. Did an amazing job. My driveway was a mess after the old oil tank was removed. This company came and made it look like new. You have to see their work, amazing. And they did a great clean up after. Definitely will recommend them. Thanks guys

Quality of work was good. After giving Roca more than half the payment while work was in progress, he consistently asks or texts for an additional payment. Tries to get full payment before job is complete. Very annoying! Had to remind him a few times, that is not the way things work. During the almost two week job, there were a couple of days when nobody showed up. No problem. But he decides to paint my railing while it was lightly raining! Lousy job, I will probably have to touch it up after the winter. There was also a hole left where a bottom step was removed. I had to keep reminding him to fill it. Finally did with black top filler. When I asked why he didn't tamp it down, he said the tamping device I had recently purchased was no good. It is heavy 8" square , I have used successfully from Home Depot. After looking in garage, I saw it was still in the spot I left it. No effort by him, I had to tamp black top down. Clean up? Forget it I had to remind him numerous times he would not be paid before clean up. I had to clean many cement chips from lawn etc. He was around less than half the time. His worker who was there on every work day was great.

Roca and his team made the driveway look like new again! The price was very reasonable and the work was done in a day.

We had a huge hole in the driveway from an oil tank being removed. Roca and his team made the driveway look like new again! The price was very reasonable as well and the work was done in a day. My neighbor across the street also hired Roca to do his driveway. I would highly recommend them to do this job. I’ll be hiring him for other things in the future!

Roca provided excellent, reliable service. He contacted me right away once my request was submitted. He gave me a fair estimate in a short amount of time and was able to do the job right away. The work was completed within 2 days and my front stairs look great! I am very pleased with the job Roca did and I definitely would recommend him to anyone who needs any type of work done!

Roca recently completed a basement remodel for me after we had sewage back into it. While it was not a gut job, we did require some new walls and all new flooring throughout after the clean up. We also decided to renovate the basement laundry as part of the project. Roca was great at communicating with me and our designer about the scope of the project. The team was also very responsive to my questions and suggestions. I would definitely recoomend them. This was the second project I had them complete from me (the first was a new sidewalk). Both times left me very satisfied with their work.
