Roca and Associates was prompt with their reply to my request for a handyman to install shower doors. They arrived on time, they were professional, did a great job with the installation and charged a reasonable price. I would recommend them to others and use them again.

The owner did not supervise the work of his helper, who did not complete the work.

They repaired my cement walkway which is now crumbling and deteriorating Also I have yellow brick which needed to be replace they replaced it with red brick and painted it yellow, which he did not inform me he was going to do. I have attempted on numerous occasions reaching out to him to come out and fix the work and I have not heard back from him. no contact

I contacted Roca for last minute snow removal and was very pleased with the quick turnaround. He was very communicative and arrived at my property when he said he would. He got the job done very quickly and was extremely friendly and professional. I will certainly be working with Roca again!

Roca did a great job plowing our driveway and clearing our walkways. They arrived on time and kept in constant communication with us. They were friendly and professional. Glad to continue working with them this winter 2017-2018.

I had taken the day off work and hired a handyman to come and install my washer/dryer along with installing a mailbox on our stone wall out front. Well, that handyman cancelled last minute and I needed the work done that day as days off from work are hard to come by. So I called Roca and he showed up in about an hour to give me an estimate. A few hours later he came back with his crew. The quality of the work was great and he was in and out in an hour. Roca will be my first call next time I need something done.

They showed up when they said, worked through until the job was complete and did accommodate our needs upon request. My only request to improve their quality of service would be that they clean up after themselves, take all garbage away and put things back after they finish. I would hire them again.

We were overall pleased with the job they did in repaving our driveway, but I do have a complaint. They came on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to remove the driveway surface and said they would come back on the Friday after Thanksgiving to finish the job. However, they did not come and did not call us. Finally, I called them and they said that the office was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday so they would come on Monday. My complaint is that they did not inform us about not coming so we were waiting and waiting in the morning until we found out. Nevertheless, when we requested that they change the day to Tuesday, they accommodated our request. Keep their cell phone number handy in case you need to call them to find out when they're coming.

We enjoyed working with them and they were responsive to our needs, neat, and would use them again for other projects.

I had were good expirience

I called about getting my driveway sealed and some cracks repaired. They were responsive and did a very professional job. Once they finished, they left several used tar buckets as barriers to prevent entry into the driveway while it dried. They promised several times to come retrieve these buckets as I cannot throw them away given the tar residue. It has been over a week and they still have not come. As I result, I need to transport these (mostly) empty containers to the local dump tomorrow and dispose of them myself. There may be a fee to do so. Had they lived up to their commitment to retrieve and dispose of the buckets I would have rated them with a better overall score.

They were very responsive. They came the day after I called them to get an estimate. Got the estimate Friday evening and Saturday morning they arrived on time, early in the morning, ready to go with the hot asphalt and other materials, just like they told me the day before. They finished the work in four hours. Nice folks: responsible workers with a good attitude and pride in getting things done right. I have no hesitation recommending them.

They did a very good job repairing our driveway. He is very busy so you need to arrange job date in advance and be flexible with show up time.
