Fast to respond to my posting of job, and most important to me, wanted the job. Several other contractors called me, asked questions, but never showed up to look at the project. Scope of work was to replace deck railings and stairs (4-5 steps) and bring to code. $2400, competitive and the same as others. Cleaned up afterwards, very important. Their bright orange tee shirts made a very professional impression to my neighbors. I am convinced that any home repair, driveway, painting, deck, and maybe anything else should include Roca and Associates as one of the estimates. Very happy.

They were great

They widened my driveway and installed a stone retaining wall. Looks nice. They worked quickly and completed the work within a week once they got started. They removed and disposed of the topsoil that was excavated. I had no place to put it. They also saved all of the cobblestones that were removed during excavation and placed them in the designated location as requested. I would absolutely recommend them.

Did what they said they’d do and did it pretty well, except they left the gates off my fence. Need to figure out how to put back on.

My retaining wall was damaged when a tree crushed it. I replaced the wall that was cinder block. I was extremely happy with the work done by ROCA and would highly recommend them. In fact I am in the process of having him do my driveway. Whenever I called,if the owner didn’t pick up the phone I either got a text message or a callback shortly after. They did what they said they would do.

Roca and associates have been amazing to do business with. They were able to asses my basement water problem and came up with a drainage plan that was implemented when we redid our driveway. It is a masterpiece and everything they did was very meticulous They took great care with my plants when working around the drive way. They worked with my limited budget to give me a drive way I love and solved my drainage issues. Not only do I now have a beautiful driveway and yard but a basement as well. I hole handedly recommend them to anyone, you will be very happy with anything they do.
