Roca was awesome. He is very responsive and competitive pricing. He and his crew are very respectful and easy to work with. They went over and above for me. The driveway and Belgian blocks look amazing. I will definitely recommend to neighbors and will use him again in the future.

I hired Roca Associates after reading the reviews on HomeAdvisor and comparing estimates from other contractors. Roca was punctual, professional and give me the best estimates by far. The work involved removing some large roots which took much more effort than originally estimated but they spent the extra time and completed the work without additional charge. The crew was hardworking and friendly. My driveway looks fantastic and I would definitely hire then again for other construction projects. I highly recommend Roca Associated to anyone looking for competent crew at very reasonable price.

After Roca did a great job repaving my driveway, I rehired him to re-level my sinking stone front porch. The job was delayed and had to be done over 2 days due to weather. However, Roca was very responsive and made sure to get the high quality, great value work done.

Responsive, reasonable price, quality work,. They removed my old asphalt driveway, installed Belgium blocks on the sides and repaved the driveway. Excellent job, including tapering asphalt away from home to keep water away.

I explained how I wanted my driveway done from the street and to the back of the house, and his men came measured the area and began to work. Mr Roca even did an area that I had not mentioned to him. He knew as a professional that the extra would look better. He sent paperwork to my email stating what he would do and the cost to me. He was very easy to talk to. As a woman working alone I feel that I could recommend him to all of my single homeowners and they would be satisfied. Looking to use his services again.

Roca And Associates by far had the best price hands down! The crew came on time, delivered quality work, so I thought at the time. They did the work in the rain. I was told doing the work in the rain was not a good idea for my family. Mr. Roca assured me it would be fine and if there was any trouble, he would fix it. I waited 1 week and a half before parking the car back on the driveway. The driveway was still soft and not as smooth as my neighbors. Several tire marks started to show after the first park. I called him. He promised to come and fix it. He never came back. 3 weeks later I sat in a lawn chair on the driveway and it left a big dent. Called again. He made excuses that it was my fault and sent a smart ass text. Now I am going to spend another $1000 to fix his bad job. A few of my neighbors warned me about fly by night contractors. I learned my lesson: you get what you pay for.and finished everything within 2 days. Mr. Roca is a very honest man. He told me what he was going to do for the exact price. No runaround, no funny business. Just good quality work. I would recommend him and planning on hiring him to upgrade my patio pavers next year. Great experience.

After being highly recommended to us by our neighbors, we hired Roca and Associates to install our driveway and complete demolition of an old garage foundation. Roca and Associates helped me out big time - i needed my driveway and side street paved in a rush and Roca accommodated our schedule. They gave us an estimate on the work then showed up when they said they would. They started work on the large driveway and side st at 8:30am and finished by 3pm. The crew were friendly, neat, organized and thorough and were no surprises or deviations from the estimate we were given. I appreciated that they all arrived wearing masks in the middle of this COVID pandemic which to me shows respect for their customers. I highly recommend Roca and Associates Construction.

Roca works with his crews on my project. Both my wife and me are satisfied with his job. Not sure where can i upload the picture of his work. But after my neighbor saw my new driveway (the same day right after Roca finished the job), my neighbor talked to Roca and hired Roca for his driveway as well. I think that proves my point.

Roca and his team was an emergency hire for a leak after my plumber destroyed the walls in my basement. I would not be able to tell that the wall was broken because they were efficient in repairing to blend completely in the existing structure. Excellent job. I plan to hire them again.
